How Safe Are You in God’s Hands?
“I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of my Father’s hand.” (John 10:28-29 WEB)
Just picture yourself safely nestled between Abba God and Jesus’ hands, like a baby enclosed inside his mother’s womb.
It is a strong refuge and fortress of protection—and you’re a prisoner of righteousness!
What makes you think that if you’re in such a safe place, that you’re guaranteed eternal life but everything else is on shaky ground?
Your good God has got that situation you’re worrying about under control and you’ll never fall out of His hand.
Faith is still needed to tap onto this powerful protection promise. You have to give consent for it to become real in your life.
Peter saw Jesus perform two miraculous catches of fish. The first time, Peter’s net broke, but the second time, it didn’t break. What’s the difference between the two incidents?
The first time, Jesus told him to let down his “nets” for a catch, but Peter only skeptically let down one “net”.
The second time, the disciples did as they were told. They cast their net on the right side of the boat, and so the net didn’t break.
When Jesus leads you through the Holy Spirit, obey exactly as He instructs, and your net will never break.
He never instructs you to do something that will cause your net to break.
God provides generously and He also supplies the capacity to contain that provision.
Your life is safely enclosed between God’s hands by your spiritual rebirth, and your blessings are enclosed in unbreakable nets through faith.
Then when they are taken out of the nets, the blood of Jesus and God’s angels guard you and all your possessions. You’re so lavishly protected.
See yourself as so safe, so secure because you’re loved by God. He handles you meticulously like the most precious pearl or jewel in His hand.
That problem in your path isn’t going to destroy you. Relax, God’s got it under control, and He’s working things out for your good!

【修復愛情】LOVE REPAIR

婚前,沒話找話說,婚後,有話也不說,這是很多現代婚姻的寫實照。
若又不能對家人和好友訴苦,那真的是撞牆幾百次都不敵內心的痛。
所以有個笑話:以前提到結婚,想到「天長地久」,現在提到結婚,想到「能撐多久」。
我的工作,常常會處理夫妻感情問題:男人偷吃、紅杏出牆、夫妻不和、婆媳問題、感情退溫等等。
可能你以為我身為女子,一定幫女人說話,覺得錯的都是男人。
但我的耳朵一邊長一隻,就是用來聽雙方的說辭。學佛後,更不會偏袒任何一方,無論付我錢的人是誰,因為明白了「不是冤家不結婚」,「業障不重不生孩子」。你以為是他對你不好,卻不知前世你對他做了什麼。
那天看風水時,我發現女客人會不斷對先生說某種話。這不是什麼不好聽或污辱性的話,但這話是先生八字非常避忌的,只會讓他越來越反感,把這太太推入冷宮。
我如實地教導她,也教導他先生。
嫁出去的女兒,必須長大,學會以先生喜歡的方式去愛他,不要強行自己的做法就是最好。
愛一個人,就算你不苟同他的決定,你依然願意陪伴他,因為你說過你不會讓他孤軍作戰,不是嗎?
娶了媳婦的兒子,外頭再大的壓力,也要記得老婆是娶來疼的,因為她相信你有能力給她幸福,才會嫁給你。
得饒人處且饒人,不要拿自己心裡的毒來逼家人吃,殘害他們。這也是日行一善。
好些太太告訴我,她們的先生見了我之後,會聽我的話,比她們不停嘮叨還管用。
能夠出來「走江湖」,又有願要度眾生的風水師,八字和品性自然能賦予眾生的心,安撫他們的不安,給他們一盞希望的明燈。說白一點,是太太與先生之間有冤業才會產生糾紛,不是與我。
我以我師尊、我師父所教的,盡我所能來修復你們受傷的愛情、裂開的婚姻,讓你們今世夫妻不會演變為來世冤親。
我希望能拔除眾生的苦,只求你配合一百巴仙,不要等到太遲才行動。

Before marriage, you will find things to talk when there is nothing to say.
After marriage, even when there are things to talk, you keep mum.
Such is the reality of many modern marriages.
If you are unable to confide in your family and friends, the pain from banging your head on the wall for a few hundred times cannot win the agony in your heart.
Hence there is a joke: in the past, marriage conjures dreams of love lasting forever. Now marriage makes you wonder how long you can last.
My job often handles marital problems such as extramarital affairs, disharmony between the couple, conflicts with in-laws and love fizzling out etc.
Perhaps you might think that as a woman, I will side with the female and think that the fault lies with the male.
I have one ear on each side of my head, to listen to both sides of the story. After learning the Dharma, I am even more unbiased, no matter which party is my paymaster.
Because I have came to understand these karmic laws: Enemies cross each other’s path by getting married. Children are borne when one’s karmic obstacles is heavy.
It is easy to assume that he is mistreating you, but if only you know what you did to him in your past life.
During the Feng Shui audit that day, I noticed that the female client kept saying certain things to her husband. While it was nothing bad or insulting, the words she said were against her husband’s Bazi elements. If not stopped, it will cause increasing aversion in him and relegate the marriage into limbo.
I taught the female client and I also taught her husband truthfully.
A daughter who has married must grow up and learn to love her husband the way he likes it, not always forcing her ideals on him.
When you love a person, you are still willing to accompany him, despite not agreeing with his decision, because you promised him before that you will never let him walk alone, no?
No matter how enormous the stress he faces outside, a son who has a wife must remember that his lady is for him to dote on, because she believes that you have the ability to give her happiness, thus she married you.
Where it is possible to let people off, one should spare them. Don’t force feed your family the toxicity in your heart and inflict pain on them. That will make a good deed a day.
Many ladies tell me that their husbands heed my advice after seeing me in person. It is more effective than them nagging at their men nonstop.
A Feng Shui practitioner, who comes out to walk the world with an aspiration to deliver sentient beings, will naturally have the Bazi and moral character to nourish the hearts of people, pacify their trepidation, and gift them a bright lamp of hope.
In other words, the karmic enemity is between the wife and the husband hence the many conflicts, not with me.
I use what my Grandmaster and Shifu have taught me to mend your broken love and cracked marriage, to the best of my ability. So that your marriage affinity this lifetime will not deteriorate to that of karmic debtors next life. I also hope to remove the sufferings of sentient beings. My only request is to have your 💯 % full cooperation and don’t wait till it’s too late.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Strengthen your core and tone your tummy with these simple yet effective ab exercises in 5 minutes! These moves are suitable for beginners. I will be showing & explaining each move step-by-step for you to start a regular core routine. As you progress, you can choose a harder variation, increase the workout time, reduce the rest time and aim to do more reps.
Structure: 40 secs Workout, 20 secs Rest. A total of 5 exercises.
Routine: Beginner start with 1 set, as you progress aim to do 2 - 3 sets. Rest for 1 minute in between sets. For best result, aim to do these workouts 2 – 3 times weekly on alternate days.
Exercises:
1) Basic Crunches
2) Toe Dip
3) Hand to Toe Touch
4) Russian Twist
5) Plank
Common Questions:
1) How often should I do this workout?
Absolute beginners, aim for 1 set. As you progress, increase to 2 - 3 sets. For best result, do this workout 2-3 times weekly on alternate days.
2) Should I only do this workout?
For best result, combine it with consistent total body workouts (3-4 times weekly) and have a healthy, clean, balanced diet (that's a huge part to getting a flat belly). You can refer to my other workout videos for an effective total body workouts. If you are a beginner, try my "Beginner Fat Burning" workout video with this. =)

3) When will I start to see the difference (or get a flat belly)?
For this workout and any other workouts in general, you should feel and see the difference in 4-6 weeks. This varies individually depending on how much body fat you have to lose. The safe and sustainable weight loss ratio is 1-2lbs per week. Again, combine this workout with total body workouts to burn off the excess fat.
4) Can I do this workout more frequently for quicker results?
Doing this workout more frequently doesn't equal quicker result, it's a combination of total body workouts to burn the excess fat off and a good clean diet. Allowing your muscles to rest and recover is as important too - hence do it on alternate days.
5) I feel the strain on my lower back instead of abs and my lower back is arching. Am I doing it wrong?
If you are new to this workout, It's comment to arch our back because our abs muscles are not as strong yet. Slow down the pace and focus on getting the right technique initially. So only bring your legs down as low as you can without arching your back. It's alright if it's only half way through because it's more important that we don't feel the strain on our lower back, and focus on working the ab muscles. You can also support your lower back by placing your hand directly under your lower back. As your abs get stronger, you will find that you will be able to bring your legs down even further.
6) I want to get a flat belly in 1 week or 2 weeks. What can I do?
It's important to set yourself a realistic goal. We do not put on weight / belly fat overnight, hence it will take time for us to lose the weight too. The sooner you stop looking for shortcuts, instead trust yourself and your hard work, the sooner you will see results. Start by cleaning up your food, so no junks, fried food, soda drink and reduce the amount you eat. If you consume less than your body burns, that's when you lose weight. And of course combine it with total body workouts 5-6 days a week for quick and best result.
