Though I tend to post photos of my travels and interesting eats in HK, my day-to-day dining is much less interesting. Here’s a snapshot of my typical dinner: lots of greens (usually from the Wan Chai outdoor market!), and a protein (often eggs, tofu, or occasionally meat). Not much carbs for dinner. They are almost always “one-pot” meals because I have little time to cook a long complex meal. I do love eating this way, though. I genuinely love the simplicity of these meals.
