位於果欄街嘅呢間Sambal Jawa，絕對係繼Loly之後，第二間我心目中最誇啦啦嘅本地印尼餐廳，除咗燒得起勁同實實地惠嘅串燒項目之外，都必須捉緊呢個外型花巧嘅東巴牛肉飯，飯粒建成金字塔姿態，內到外嘅紫色源自於芋頭，牛肉以好代表到印尼嘅東巴口味，少少辣，可惜口感就較硬失咗勢，下次都係轉會嗌返炸雞髀算。
