While I don't eat beef anymore, my dining partners have enjoyed this Westholme Tri-Wagyu which prepared in 3 different ways to bring out the unique flavour profiles of each cut.
This will be available for Festive Semi-Buffet Dinner experience which include a selection of fresh salads, appetizers, premium cheeses and handcrafted desserts at $124/adult, $64/child on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Semi-Buffet Dinner (6pm-10.30pm)

45ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label 20ml honey
150ml Cold Brewed Osmanthus Sencha with Passionfruit Sparkling Tea
Mint leaves

1) Mix well in a shaker and enjoy with a wedge of lime at the side.
