另外回答上次的直播影片的問題, 我想: 要有組員的自信感, 最重要的就是不斷刻意練習, 能力提升了, 自然會散發出自信.

Come Prepared With Good Examples! You can feel pretty confident that you are going to be asked about things that you have been practicing a lot. Even if questions that you didn’t think of before are asked, you’re still much more prepared compared to others by using what you have practiced a lot. Don’t be afraid to rephrase things in order to answer questions.

Don’t be glib or casual with interview questions! Before you are able to “be yourself” and be confident, you have to be competent. Doesn’t it make sense? The importance of practice and preparation cannot be overstated! Job interviews are not just about language proficiency, they’re about the combination of many abilities.
