去左倫敦動物園，其中有一格係咁嘅樣，大概係話啲金錢龜去到亞洲會被煮黎食。
同行的朋友看了看我一下，我試著跟他解釋什麼叫「龜苓膏」，即係將龜板同中藥土伏苓,甘草（some bitter herbal Chinese medicine)等等煮成的Turtle jelly，我自己就鍾意加蜂蜜吃，味道很不錯的。可惜很多無良商家都不用龜板了，現在很多地方吃的都是「素食」版龜苓膏，有些更糟糕的，連土伏苓都.......
我還未介紹完，朋友已經拉開了我：
「你看不到旁邊那個女人看著你一臉驚恐的樣子吧？你再說下去，她要心臟病發了。」
「又不是我殺的，我很多年沒吃啦！話說回來，英國人的Eel jelly 也不見得好了去哪裡嘛...」

好耐無食過片皮鴨，突然間好想食，就決定去古琴雅苑食午餐，因為之前已經成日係FACEBOOK見到他們的推廣。
古琴雅苑主要提供北京烤鴨及傳統淮揚菜，招牌的烤北京填鴨，選用北京約4斤重的北京鴨，以傳統掛爐的形式烤製，餐廳更專程請來曾任職北京全聚德的北京烤鴨師傅監製。

這頓飯最讓我難忘的是鴨胸皮，又稱「一口酥」，皮脆肉少，蘸沙糖吃，鬆脆可口，油香滿溢。
環境方面，裝修有格調、年輕化，採光足夠，所以室內十分光猛。餐廳的另一焦點必定是近廚房重地的玻璃櫥窗，食客除了可親眼看見一隻隻烤至金黃色填鴨排列起來，更可同時在窗外欣賞師傅準備各款特色小菜。
