80年代，我「年輕」時有一首歌，相信跟我同梯，同年代的都聽過，《Forever Young》。

首段的歌詞，彷彿是我去年11/24那一夜的寫照。
今天到北台南家扶中心和年輕人分享經歷挫折的經驗與心情。
不久前，有一個同學對我說：「你好慘喔！你準備那麼久卻選輸很慘，我想全世界大概很難找到比你更慘的人。」
他說，看到我，反而覺得自己的挫折不算什麼了。
我成為他激勵自己、勇敢面對現實的對照組。「反正我也不會比陳其邁更慘」，將負能量轉變為正能量。

歌詞的最後一段，也是我想給年輕人們的勉勵。
我們每天都會碰到很多的挫折，每天都會面臨失敗。
但人生就是因為有挫折、有失敗才會更精彩，因為神奇之處在於怎麼面對各項挫折，怎麼重新爬起來。
趁現在年輕，可以跌倒、失敗，甚至也可以面對很多挫折，讓這些成為未來邁向成功的養分。
你要慶幸先跌倒、先失敗，有更多經驗面對未來人生的衝刺。實現真正的夢想，需要用我們的一生來打拼，眼前的風風雨雨，不過是一眨眼的時間而已。
