#StoryTeller：【在歐洲流浪十六個月的咖啡師】

初次見他，覺得他長得有點像年輕版的艾威，那副黑色粗框眼鏡，又使他看起來像Toy Story的薯蛋頭先生。他留了一蓄八字鬍，一身棉布的穿搭簡潔樸素，左手的紋身刻上「啡人」，右手舉起咖啡沖壺，觀察著水流緩緩流下，如他右手的另一個紋身「Follow the Flow」。

小店如深夜食堂的佈局，棕橘色燈光慵懶而不失爛漫，活像潛入了一片咖啡海。我坐在他面前，磨豆聲咔嚓咔嚓清脆的節奏先入耳，再撲面而來一圈圈的果酸和焦香。Alex已將一盤如omakase的手工咖啡遞到我面前。

他說，三十一歲那年生日，他在香港前往法國的一程機上渡過。在抵達法國一刻，他又減齡回到三十歲，只因時差之故，年輕了七小時。提起那趟旅居歐洲十六個月的旅程，說話悠悠不多的Alex，緩慢語氣中帶點激動。

他在冰島遺失了寄艙行李，沒有衫褲鞋襪，身上卻只剩下護照、手機、咖啡豆和濾紙。緊接下來在山川的三日兩夜，每當他穿越過陡坡崩壁、秘境山頭後抵達營地，便用石頭，水壺等最原始、簡陋的工具，顏碎咖啡豆，沖煮新鮮咖啡給同行旅伴。在前往德國慕尼黑的長途火車上，他即興磨豆沖咖啡給不相識的乘客，連檢查車票的職員也接受他邀請品嚐。

「那位職員說，是他人生的第一杯手沖咖啡。」為了聽到更多飲後感，他每天在民宿的早餐用餐區沖啡，又在街頭開走鬼檔沖啡，或是couchsurfing以啡換宿。這次旅程後，無論再往哪裡遊歷，他都隨身帶備沖煮器具，隨時隨地沖啡與相遇的人分享。

在店內最常播的歌是Japanese House的Lilo，意思是「浮台」。「每次因咖啡短暫的相遇，也如在浮台上的片刻。歇一歇，儲夠能量便游走。」

八個月前，他還在藝術酒店做咖啡師，疫情期間，他被遣散解僱。翌日他便決定開人生第一間小店，不足100呎，只能容納六個人，只有他一人一腳踢；像深夜食堂的格局，縱然沒有說話狠辣、一針見血的串燒大叔，卻有腼腆但內心澎湃的啡人，讓城市裡蜉蝣的人，在這裡短暫的相遇，碎語綿綿，啡香飄飄。
