Do you know that having oily scalp during and after pregnancy is extremely common? Let’s "blame" it on hormones again!! 😜
.
While that is pretty common, it does not mean we should ignore our scalp! Having a good diet such as cutting down oily and fried stuff, increment of vegetables 🥦 and fruits 🍎 intake will help. We should also avoid washing our hair excessively as it may make your scalp dry, and causing the sebaceous glands to produce more oil, making your hair even more greasy and oily! 💆♀️
.
Not only our hormones are “partying” in our body, our asian weather is not helping too! 🥵 So recently, I also keep a bottle of A’kin Dry shampoo in my bag so I can use it to absorb extra oil and add extra volume to my hair! (see the video at my comment to see my chio hair)😜
.
It is so useful especially I’m out the whole day running errands or needing to rush to different events and picking up my girls. Fetching my girls also must stay chio ok. 😁Most importantly, there's no white powdery residue left on my hair! (Go to comment to see the video, see me flipping through my hair)
.
A'kin Singapore is available at selected Guardian, selected Unity, Robinsons, Metro, Lazada, RedMart & Shopee!
Today is also the last day of our Pregnant Mummy A’kin Skincare giveaway, go to my Instagram post now!! https://www.instagram.com/p/B1NkI_WglUv/ Good Luck for all those who joined!
