TLDR: Did a program. Lost some weight. Feel great. Gonna celebrate with some burgerlab.
I've finally reached the end of my 3 month WildFit journey and as someone who has never been able to stick to a program or be disciplined about eating habits before, this has been a life changer.
In transforming my lifestyle, I've come to truly understand that the area of Health and Fitness is the foundation to a better quality of life. What you put in your body, how you treat it affects EVERYTHING from your intellectual life to emotional well-being to relationships.
I'm quite amazed at what 3 months could do as I was able to
- Lose 10kgs with MINIMAL to NO exercise.
- END my need and desire to consume alcohol.
- DESTROY my dependency and cravings for sugar and carbs. It's gotten to a point where I don't even have to control myself. Temptations aren't even a thing anymore.
- BREAK my caffeine addiction (honestly one of the best things I got out of the program)
- IMPROVE my quality of sleep (because of not consuming caffeine. Seriously that stuff can mess up your sleep)
- IMPROVE my nutritional intake which has made me feel amazing and awesome!
- Take on MORE in life. My life feels full :)
- Build solid healthy HABITS and MINDSETS that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
WildFit won't be for everyone. This ain't no MLM plug or hard sell on the program as everyone's different and there are many ways to get to a healthy lifestyle.
However, if you are feeling low or that life is lacking... Make a change or shift in your area of Health and Fitness. It doesn't have to be big but what you do NOW will definitely set things in motion and you'll find that everything gets better when you take care of your health and your body. Always remember that you are in charge of your physical destiny! And you can always make a change for the better :)
If you read this and you do find the idea of WildFit interesting. Feel free to ask me anything :)
Thanks for reading, now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna celebrate my win and eat a burger 👌
Big thanks to the support of @sabysashimi and me Mum.

I’ve always wanted to learn a Native American language, but it’s been extremely difficult to find anyone with whom I could learn as most indigenous American languages are considered critically endangered or extinct. So a couple months ago I was extremely excited to get in touch with someone who could teach me Navajo, the original language of the Navajo people who live mostly in the Navajo Nation located in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. Less than 200,000 people speak Navajo in the entire world. Navajo is hands down the hardest language I’ve ever studied, with extremely challenging pronunciation and one of the most complex grammatical systems of any extant language. It’s so complex that the language was used by the Navajo code talkers as the basis for a secret communication system during World War II.
But even though many young people no longer speak the language, the older generation often still does, and so after a month of studying the language and me and my crew’s COVID vaccinations we flew out to New Mexico to find locals to practice with. Thanks to Raycon for sponsoring this video and I’ll be donating 100% of the sponsorship profits to NavajoStrong, a nonprofit which supports the Navajo community. Wanna know my secret to handling 4 kids during confinement?
My life is made easier thanks to Tian Wei Signature, which has been providing me with nutritious confinement meals since I came home. It's something I wish I had done for the past three childbirths so that I wouldn't have needed to bother my in-laws to cook for me at all back then. For someone like me who likes to depend on herself yet is busy taking care of the kids 24/7, confinement catering is definitely a lifesaver.
Every afternoon and evening, the meals are delivered to my doorstep punctually. All I have to do is open the door, take the thermal bag and tuck in straight away - yup, it's so easy and convenient. The soup and longan red date tea are even kept in thermal pots so they are still hot when served, how thoughtful!
Besides being breastfeeding-friendly, having no MSG and helping to boost my recovery, the meals consist of a huge variety and good mix of cuisine, and many of them are surprisingly delectable which makes me look forward to the next one. Knowing that the baby has jaundice, they also kindly prepare my food without using ginger so as not to aggravate his condition, an act which I truly appreciate.
Even my kids give the dishes their thumbs up and will ask for more at times - I have to remind them that these are specially meant for Mama! Haha. I personally love the meals and it's the first time I get to eat fusion food like spaghetti, Japanese food and Mediterranean inspired dishes, which makes mealtimes much more exciting. See my IG highlights for more.
I would definitely recommend Tian Wei Signature to all expectant and new mums because it gives us a peace of mind, helps to nourish and replenish our body, reduces our stress and makes confinement a much more enjoyable experience.
P.S. The meals come in portions meant for one adult only even though the kids like to nibble and share. I am thankful for the hubby who cooks for the kids, for takeaways on busy days and for kids who don't mind when Mama whips up simple dishes. We are almost at the end of my confinement already and I am gonna miss these yummy meals!

Pon Bebels and Cooks with Moe
Recipe: Singgang Bawal Putih (White Pomfret Sour Soup) (From The Malay Kitchen Book)
Topic Bebels? #EndSexualHarassment
Ingredients:
50g yellow onions, cut into slices
10g garlic cloves, cut into slice
20g fresh tumeric , shredded (I didn't have any, so use 1/4 tsp tumeric powder)
2 fresh red chillies, cut into thin strips
2 fresh green chillies, cut into thin strips
30gm cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil)
2 dried tamarind pieces, rinsed or 40gm tamarind paste (I like mine sour, so I would have added another tamarind piece)
2tsp salt ( I used my homemade stock)
1/2 sugar
700gm water
700-800g pomfrets (approx 2 small pomfrets) diagonally halved across the fins
Preparation:
1. Place yellow onions, garlic cloves, ginger, tumeric, red chillies, green chillies and cooking oil into mixing bowl, saute 4mins / 120c / speed 1
2. Add dried tamarind pieces, salts, sugar and water. Boil 8min/ 100c/ speed 1
3. Add pomfrets, cook 2 mins 30 secs / Varoma / Reverse Mode / Speed spoon. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot
TOPIC:
A politician and committee member of an Unduk Ngadau Pagaent held recently was arrested for sexual harassament on one of the participants. I applaud the survivor for lodging the report. Not many would be brave enough to do so. I talk about this and more.
DO NOT BLAME THE VICTIM/SURVIVOR. Her/His Attire and Behavior is NOT a reason for one to be sexually harassed.

This is one of my favourite duets of all time and the lyrics (and the subtle things behind the song..etc) are very beautiful & meaningful. If you think of anyone while watching this video, I hope you can send it to them to let them know the impact they’ve had on your life.
I have liked For Good since the first time I heard the song and have always wanted to record a cover of it, but never quite found someone I thought would be the right person to sing this song with me. When I started cosplaying as Magnus and later came across the Edom scene in Shadowhunters, where the characters were potentially separating from each other forever, I knew this was it. Plus, there are other similarities between Glinda & Elphaba in Wicked and Alec & Magnus from Shadowhunters (feel free to comment to let me know what you come up with).
Doing a cover of this song while cosplaying characters from one of my favourite shows, I knew I had to go the extra mile. The amount of time and effort spent along with the things I had to learn, get and do to pull it off was kind of insane, but worth it at the same time (lost track of how many all-nighters were involved.
Without help from Ivan Wong, Robin Oh and Chris Jayden of KANTAN Media, this project would not have been possible. Thank you so much!!

I've heard it said
That people come into our lives
For a reason
Bringing something we must learn
And we are led to those
Who help us most to grow if we let them
And we help them in return
Well, I don't know if I believe that's true
But I know I'm who I am today
Because I knew you
Like a comet pulled from orbit
As it passes the sun
Like a stream that meets a boulder
Halfway through the wood
Who can say if I've been changed for the better
But because I knew you
I have been changed for good
It well may be
That we will never meet again
In this lifetime
So, let me say before we part
So much of me
Is made of what I learned from you
You'll be with me
Like a handprint on my heart
And now whatever way our stories end
I know you have rewritten mine
By being my friend
Like a ship blown from its mooring
By a wind off the sea
Like a seed dropped by a sky bird
In a distant wood
Who can say if I've been changed for the better
But because I knew you
Because I knew you
I have been changed for good
And just to clear the air
I ask forgiveness
For the things I've done, you blame me for
But then I guess
We know there's blame to share
And none of it seems to matter anymore
Like a comet pulled from orbit (like a ship blown from its mooring)
As it passes the sun (by a wind off the sea)
Like a stream that meets a boulder (like a seed dropped by a bird)
Halfway through the wood (in the wood)
Who can say if I've been changed for the better
I do believe I have been changed for the better
And because I knew you
Because I knew you
Because I knew you
I have been changed
For good
