Key Responsibilities:
－Responsible for increasing online sales through connecting with the right audiences, design and execute creative campaigns and continuously improving UI and UX.
－Handle weekly advertising (Digital Marketing) and Commercial strategies
－Lead and plans in brand strategy and providing strategic solutions in fast-paced environment
－Review business priorities, practical solution to business problems proactively
－Work closely with the creative and production team of 50 people.
－Analyse, design, implement lead generation systems on website
－Design and implement Loyalty Program and reduce Abandon Carts
－Conduct user research, user testing, AB testing to optimize customer experience
－Analyze user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities
－Responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring promotion plans to boost business growth.
50% work on general marketing, 50% work on UI/UX
To be successful in this role you will exemplify our CORE values and:
－Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications is preferred
5+ years marketing experience at agencies or in-house is preferred
－Experience in Shopify is a bonus
－Strong market business sense and well knowing of the market
－Experience in marketing plans and brand building activities including social media, search engine, digital and media planning
－Strong analytic with good presentation and communication skills, and able to work under pressure
－Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Description
－Prepare invoicing
－Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
－Review payments and receipt transactions

《吉爾.拜登的築家智慧(4)》
五．婆婆的為母智慧
吉爾嫁入拜登家之後，她從婆婆珍.身上汲取了不少母親該有的智慧；讓她在面對孩子成長時，母親角色所需要轉換及演變，有了較為寬廣豁達的心路歷程。

比方，吉爾頭一次在拜登家過夜，隔天一早當她準備要洗著水槽裡的碗盤時，婆婆走進廚房與她獨處一室，她感到相當緊張，猜測此刻婆婆無論說什麼，一定都會不順耳。
沒想到婆婆開口便說：『不論妳跟我兒子交往到什麼程度，我想跟妳說「謝謝」。』
吉爾愕然不解，反問：『謝謝什麼呢?』
『謝謝妳讓我兒子能再愛一次。』婆婆回答。
她深刻體悟到--無論母親再如何深愛著孩子，當孩子長大後，她們對孩子是無所求的；她們不會想要干涉或要求什麼，只希望孩子能在人生之路上幸福快樂足以。

六．不管血緣有沒有相連，都是一家人
『妳有打算要洗我們的衣服嗎? 』八歲的博拿著一雙髒襪子對著母親吉爾說。這是吉爾嫁入拜登家那手足無措的最佳描述。吉爾結婚後便辭去教職在家相夫教子。她和一般新手母親一樣，對於母親這份職責所知甚少，她除了很努力學習做位所謂的"好母親"外，也擔心自己無法像孩子生母一樣得到孩子完全的愛。
吉爾試著不比較。她銘記著老羅斯福總統曾說過

她選擇讓孩子們在心中繼續保留生母奈莉亞的一席位置，不去和她的地位相比；這也使得孩子們非常喜歡吉爾，甚至不允許外界稱吉爾"繼"母，而是母親。

與杭特及博相伴時的吉爾，母愛光輝與日俱長，她想要更多的愛，她懷孕了。懷孕過程中，她讓兩個兒子陪她去買驗孕棒，也讓他們一起去醫院迎接妹妹艾希莉的到來。第一眼，杭特及博便愛上了妹妹，堅信妹妹的來到讓家更完整美滿了。

吉爾將這三位孩子視為己出，她的愛沒有所謂對誰比較多或少、公不公平的問題，因為每個孩子都擁有她獨特的愛。

嫁給性格外向、社交及政治事業都相當成功的拜登，內向的吉爾總是顯得沒有自信。但她強迫自己要走出舒適圈，保持好奇心，而不是自顧自地焦慮，抗拒改變原本的自我。不喜歡公眾演說，抗拒媒體燈光下的生活的她漸漸學習改變。
好的關係必須在"妳知道妳是誰"及"願意繼續自我成長"之間保持平衡。
縱使伴侶知道妳的弱點，也愛妳全部缺陷，可是這並不代表妳有藉口絕不改變。

吉爾也認為每天打掃、洗衣、料理三餐的全職家庭主婦其實也是一份工作，有的人適合，也有的人不適合，並非每個女人皆能長期任職。

她在照顧女兒兩年後，決定重拾夢想及抱負，回到她熱愛的教職崗位上發展。

八．為家人關係製造儀式感
吉爾從孩童時期，父母喜歡透由對於傳統節日的儀式感來營造的家庭氣氛。因此她與拜登結婚至今當了祖母，不論是家人誰生日或是重大節日，她會鋪上桌巾、花盆裡放束花、點上蠟燭、親自烹飪幾道家常料理，歡迎家人來用餐慶祝。另外，在單調的夫妻日常生活裡，她也會為伴侶特意製造一些情趣及驚喜，這皆是讓家庭更加緊密相繫的方式。

(❤️婚姻或是生活確實不容易。我們很容易被日復一日的日常給絆住，發現自己越深陷泥淖。如果不小心提防，很有可能會連續多日在屋簷下與伴侶擦身而過，或者一起在桌旁喝咖啡時卻從未抬頭好好地注視對方。經過四十多年夫妻相伴的日子，我會偶爾提醒自己要盡量與喬製造特別不一樣的時光。這是我從觀察父母婚姻中學到的最好的一課。)

Thank you everyone for your wishes. We have been together for 9 years, never ever once I thought he will be proposing me on my birthday until the moment I heard ‘nobody nobody but you’ song on screen, I stunned. It was the song we performed back in our uni time. Exactly 9 years ago, I met him in MMU Cyberjaya. I’m playing guitar on the stage while the rest of my orientation group member dancing, he is one of the group member.
Fast forward to 9 years later, whenever people ask about marriage I always so happy but I keep thinking that will be... maybe next year as it was the answer I told him when he became my bf.
So I never thought of anything, as usual I go for work trip together with my team. I landed in KL at night, it was my actually birthday. Smelly told me he prepare a surprise which is the home cooked ABC soup and mashed potatoes. Both my favorite and I was so so happy enjoying my dinner. Next he say another thing we gonna watch Japanese Anime [天氣の子］together. Then I went to take a shower and prepare to wear my sleepwear go out for a night movie.
So once i go in I realize the staff was pointing and smile so lovely and I asked smelly why you go in cinema for movie no need show them ticket one. He just answer me some random stuff which I got no ideas about it but I don’t bother because I’m so excited for the movie?? After that we take a seat and it was so creepy, the cinema is damn quiet even the teaser ads on screen look abit creepy because I’m alone, because smelly that damn nerd leave me alone and went out to pick up his call. Then the screen full of our photos and I got no clue why and feel so scary on what happened next. Sorry my face look suck because so swollen after my flight and didn’t get enough rest LOL.
