Pics - Treating patients at Gaza
I had the opportunity to work at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza for 2 weeks before was told to evacuate way back in 2009 during the war.
Many was bombed-related injuries .
The hospital was saturated with people including women and children .
Bed wasn’t enough .
Medicines were shortage .
Equipment were ill equipped.
Operations were performed mostly in the dark with no electricity sometimes .
The generators were not functioning .
I met many other Arab doctors who were just as good . - Alhamdulillah
Many of the patients were blocked and unable to cross the border for access to medicine and better treatment .
Many humanitarian effort including loads of Medicine and Equipment were stranded outside the border unable to get in .
Only the lucky few get through with strict documentation .
MasyaAllah …
Those were the days .
I pray that conditions are getting better as we speak .

Disaat kita berdepan dengan wabak Covid 19 yang mengancam nyawa seluruh dunia, Arab pula di timpa bencana. Langit Arab Saudi tiba-tiba kemerahan dan dilanda ribut pasir yang teruk.
Pada Jumaat, 10 April 2020, terjadinya pemandangan alam yang mengerikan itu. Tiba-tiba langit bertukar menjadi gelap dan kemerahan. Angin bertiup dengan kencang beserta hujan lebat dan ribut petir yang amat dasyat.
Fenomena itu melanda beberapa wilayah yang hampir sama waktu kejadiannya.
Antaranya adalah wilayah Tamir dan Hafar Al Batin di Provinsi Arab Saudi Timur. Ribut petir juga melanda Kuwait. Ianya terjadi beberapa saat setelah matahari terbenam.
Hanya Allah Yang Maha Mengetahui petanda apakah ini. MasyaAllah.
