I took Steve here for his birthday and my girlfriend for a farewell brunch. They serve you with a series of small plates from the starter to dessert. But trust me, you will be FULL by the end of it! As someone who is very passionate about food, they definitely didn’t compromise on flavours. And how gorgeous is this place?! Let me know if you decided to book a spot this Sunday 😉 The brunch is every Sunday 12-3pm, RM140/pax, at The Penthouse WOLO.

Get yourself a group of friends who are there for YOU. I’ve made friends, and I’ve lost friends too. If you noticed that your energy is shifting and you’re not liking who you’re becoming, it might be time to look around and check in with yourself.

It’s not how many friends you have, it’s WHO are they? I have an extremely small circle but I know that I can confide in them, have trust, share my passion and fears..and be heard and loved by them. I have also pushed the same people away during my lowest time, but they refused to let me ride it alone. I have also been blessed to find a female community through @supparetreat who has given me support, showed me that I am not alone and that I am worthy of love.

Find this community. And you will not only feel empowered, but also inspired and move beyond boundaries. I am an extrovert but very much an introvert as well. I rarely make plans to meet up with people who are not within my close circle of 3, as I enjoy my time alone a little too much sometimes. But I’ve been opening more and more recently, and I’ve been making the effort to meet up with the women within my community. And they have helped me reignite my love for art, motivate me to challenge myself and we keep each other accountable when it comes to self care 🥰 how wonderful is that?! Thank you for loving on me.
