If you want to grow your business, you can’t keep micromanaging every team member you have. There’s just not enough time and energy to do that, right?⁣

So, if you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, a business owner, a freelancer, or an influencer, here’s what I’ve learned through my 23+ years in business.⁣

You have to put your ego aside and be okay with things not being done exactly the way you want to.⁣

Once you do this, you’ll quickly reap the rewards of much less stress and more time to do the things you enjoy and are good at in business!⁣
