Thanks to Venus who introduced plant-based & permaculture restaurant #moksaubud to me… i dragged Val back there through a long walk in the hot sun (he almost buried me in a paddy field) but the food there tastes of so much love… if i lived here i’d be there at least once a week! 😍😍🌿

1) Tempeh Ribs - grilled soy tempeh marinated with homemade bbq sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed greens and grilled tomatoes
2) Asam Laksa Noodles - rice noodle + corn vermicelli in rich laksa broth with bbq seitan, tofu, leafy greens, sprout, green bean, scallion, fried shallots. Totes fulfilled my laksa cravings 🍜
3) Coconut Mushrooms - trio of mushrooms with galangal, kaffir lime leaf, tomatoes in rich lemongrass coconut broth
4) Breakfast Hot Platter
