星期六趁著大晴天來到半島的森林保護區健行
結束之後來到 Los Altos 的 Satura Cakes 買蛋糕。
Satura Cakes 是一家超級受歡迎的日式結合歐洲風格的蛋糕糕點店
使用高階的有機材料
有各種精緻的蛋糕以及麵包
之前拜訪過的位於 San Jose 的韓國咖啡廳 Caffe Bene 推出 Satura Cakes 的蛋糕。

這天抵達 Satura Cakes 已經大約五點
單片的蛋糕口味只剩下兩種
前面一個女生直接各買了兩塊
正好剩下兩塊讓我挑。

Tiramisu $6.95
點了一塊提拉米蘇蛋糕
最上面擺上了堅果與巧克力製成的脆脆球
使用義大利馬斯卡彭起司
以及奧克蘭老牌 Mr. Espresso 咖啡廳的手工製作咖啡豆製作
口感超級綿密
酒味比較淡不過咖啡以及巧克力香氣十足
柔軟濕潤的蛋糕搭配上面酥脆的裝飾巧克力球恰到好處
整體也不會太甜
我很喜歡！
下次想要試試看 Earl Grey 伯爵茶的蛋糕。

另外還買了一塊水果麵包
裡面有各種水果乾
也很好吃！

「來喲，來喲，來買熱呼呼的雞蛋糕喲！」英文有個說法形容東西很搶手、熱賣；或是某個產品獲得極大的商業成功，叫做”Something sells like hot cakes.”。進行這件作品時腦中一直浮現這個說法，現在完成了這幅「招財」的小畫，提前祝大家在新的一年擺脫疫情身體健康發大財！

很多人強調手剁的蝦餅???比較好吃？
我讓熊貓先生做了一次盲測，在不知道作法下試食手剁和機打的蝦餅，3 秒不到熊貓先生便有答案，他喜歡機打那種蝦餅，我決定不告訴他手打那份我花了15分鐘剁肉 ✚ 10分鐘攪拌摔打，然後默默啃掉手打的那一份 (幸好我自己喜歡手打)，不然可能聽不到真話了 ?。事實證明，每個人的口味都不一樣。

我的做法是淺油煎，沒油炸一樣可做黃金脆面，無論是鍋煎、氣炸、油炸，前置作業 ??? 剁蝦餅的操作都是一樣的，如果你每次做蝦餅都軟散不爽彈，一定要來看看，食材都不難找的，去 AEON 逛一圈，就買齊了﹗
