PMQ內的米芝蓮一星餐廳Louise⭐️ 已經bookmark了很久,就是因為想品嚐一下這個久仰大名的雞料理!🍗 雖然嚴格來說是Fine Dining,但環境非常舒適無拘謹,星期日去的時候去,覺得格外慢活寫意💆🏻♂️
Roasted Yellow Chicken🐓 with salad & Niigata Rice ‘en cocotte’ ($898HKD) 已經故意選擇午餐時段才去,但這道菜依然很昂貴😦 幸好份量其實好充足,兩三個人分享都必定食得飽飽!可以說,它與期望無落差,朋友甚至說是他這一生人食過最好食的雞肉😲 製作需時50分鐘:店員會首先拿出原隻雞供拍照打卡,再拿回廚房細心烹調拆骨。雞肉是非常非常的嫩,就連雞胸白肉都又滑又juicy😍 旁邊配上的,是用雞湯熬煮過的日本飯,然後拌入香草和雞皮🤤
Croque Louise with black truffle🥪($198HKD) 在等待雞肉慢慢烤焗的時候,決定點一個前菜。侍應就介紹了另一道名菜,餐廳自家製的進化版croque monsieur(法式火腿芝士三文治)🧀 脆口,好味!👍🏼
I had @louise.hkg bookmarked just for this critically acclaimed chicken dish🐓 and yes, it did live up to expectations😍 This Michelin 1-star restaurant is located in Central’s PMQ. Strictly speaking, Louise is a ‘Fine Dining’ restaurant, yet it’s ambience is relaxing, laid-back and not stuffy at all. It was a chill and healing Sunday afternoon brunching here💆🏻♂️
Roasted Yellow Chicken🍗 with salad & Niigata Rice ‘en cocotte’ ($898HKD) Strategically visited during daytime, but was still awed by the price of this signature dish💸 Was worth it though! The portions were large, and could easily feed around 2 to 3 people. My friend even commented that this may be the best chicken he has had in his whole life😲 Preparation took 50 minutes: the staff first showed us the whole chicken, then brought it back to the chefs to cook a little longer and de-bone. The meat was so juicy and tender❤️ Japanese rice is served on the side, and is mixed with a melange of fragrant herbs and chicken skin🤤
Croque Louise with black truffle🥪($198HKD) Wanted something to munch on while we were waiting for the chicken, and the waiter recommended we order the restaurant’s own version of the Croque Monsieur🧀 Absolutely crispy and delicious!
