I tried make American comfort food. I never tried a real mac and cheese though. Because I'm kinda picky with cheese. I can only accept the cheese that doesn't have distinct flavor such as mozzarella. So I can't eat camembert, blue cheese, gorgonzola...etc. Maybe cheddar is no problem for me.
Ingredients I used
: 200g macaroni
: 200g cheese
: 150g chopped onion (1 large size)
: 20g butter
: 400ml lukewarm or warm milk
: 1 tbsp flour
: Panko bread crumbs
: French mustard to taste
: Salt & pepper

グラタンと言えば、神奈川県平塚市にあるアマーレというイタリアンの蟹グラタンが美味しい。あそこのピザもまた格別。特にピザは全然イタリアンじゃなく、超日本ちっく。どことなく懐かしい味のするミックスピザ。世界一美味しいミックスピザだと思う。
このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ1は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと200ccですがアメリカの1カップは230ccくらいです。参考までに。
