Happy International Day of Non-Violence!
In marking the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, this international day of non-violence marks the important principle of non-violance in securing a culture of peace, tolerance and understanding.
It is also a great timely reminder to uphold values that this great man had lived by - especially on equal protection for all and communities living together in peace.
On this day, may we remember that all of us are responsible for this country's safety and peace. Let us remember to be understanding and embrace our differences because in Malaysia, those differences especially makes us who we are.
