It's my last photo of Taoyuan Lotus Festival 2020. I do lots shots for this festival and had a good time in Guanyin Township. The swing in the lotus pond makes me feel like a disney princess. We’ve all done things just for the gram right?
This ‘floating breakfast’ concept has been flooding my feed for a while now. I thought it looked pretty romantic and it sounded like a good idea to try it out. What could possibly go wrong, right? 🤨
Did I realise it’d take more than a hundred shots to make it work?
Did I realise my every movement in the pool would stir up currents causing everything to be constantly at risk of spilling over?
Did I think about the fact it is virtually impossible for me to reach for the food even if I stand on tippy toes
And did I think of that by the time this is all done all the food would be freezing cold and inedible?
No, nah, nope, non, and nein! 😑
So was it worth it? Well it depends if you value novelty more than practicality... 😏
