Homemade Overnight Oat❤️Tea Time
One of her fav food! Today ate 80% of it (supposed to share with mama😅)
Easy Recepi:
Add the desired amounts of fresh milk, oats (i used instant oat & organic rolled oat), honey, yogurt, chia seeds into container and give them a good stir.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours.
In the morning, add additional milk if you'd like.
Once you achieve the desired consistency, top with fruit (blackberry & raspberry), nuts (i used cashew nut), baby cheese stick & corn flakes.
*mixture can keep up to 2 days

5. ผงชาเขียว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
6. ถั่วแดง
อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้
หม้อ
วิธีทำโอ๊ตมิลล์ชาเขียวถั่วแดง Matcha Oatmeal
1. อุ่นนมสดให้ร้อนแล้วจึงนำผงชาเขียวลงไปละลาย จากนั้นผสมโยเกิร์ต ข้าวโอ๊ต และเมล็ดเจียให้เข้ากัน เทใส่ลงภาชนะ ปิดฝา นำแช่ในตู้เย็น 2-3 ชั่วโมง
2. ต้มถั่วแดงให้สุกพักไว้ให้เย็น แล้วจึงนำไปวางเรียงบนโอ๊ตมีลชาเขียวที่เซตตัวแล้ว พักไว้ก่อน
3. ผสมโยเกิร์ต ข้าวโอ๊ต นมสด เมล็ดเจีย ให้เข้ากัน รอให้เซตสักพักแล้วนำไปใส่ด้านบนถั่วแดงอีกที โรยถั่วแดงต้มด้านบนอีกครั้ง หาฝาปิดหรือใช้พลาสติกคลุมอาหารนำเข้าตู้เย็น3 ชั่วโมงหรือ1คืน เป็นอันเสร็จ

1. Yoghurt 1/3 cup.

These are few really simple food swaps to make your desserts and meals much healthier. If this is your first time using a new ingredient, rather than changing the recipe completely, start by swapping a small portion. You might not get it at the right taste or consistency to begin with. But that’s the fun part, keep experimenting until you find the right balance.
