JACKET 外套
Got several questions about weather and jacket - one good jacket is mandatory for 40-65-104km, however +one light jacket can be useful when moving. Don`t forget buff. 40-65-104公里必要裝備
Temperature during day can be for short sleeves, but it can change quickly or you can get cold fast when resting. In night will be cold and you will be tired and moving slower. Please prepare well. 山區早晚溫差大,請務必準備~
HEAD LAMP 頭燈
Key rule no. 1: Head lamp has to be ON and on head at least to cp-A, it is very easy spot marking with light ON. We will control this on 4th kilometer. Spare light is required.
開跑時頭燈必須要打開至少到補給站CP-A,在第4公里處我們的人員會嚴格控管.
SPACE BLANKET 急救毯
Everyone on 40-65-104km will receive from us in exchange with entry disclaimer. During pickup or please give us at the morning in race venue (for who use shipping)
40-65-104公里每位選手在繳交參賽同意書時會收到急救毯,如果是物資選擇郵寄的選手,請於開跑前繳回至會場.

You have to provide contactable phone number. We recomend use Chunghwa Telecom. OVERSEAS participants, please write down actual number on waiver!!!
必須提供可以通話的電話號碼,我們建議使用中華電信,海外選手請務必提供在參賽同意書是可以在台灣使用的號碼.
All above may be inspected in cp-A-B and strict inspection in check point C.
以上選項會在CP-A及CP-B抽查,在CP-C會嚴格檢查.
WHISTLE 口哨
GPS device (very recommended, all gpx files are available in section course. Also runners has to understand course and its intersections, there will be only banners, not marshals on X-Y-Z intersections)
GPS裝置(非常建議,所有gpx檔案放在官網上每個賽程區段皆可下載),每位選手必須了解賽程,交叉路口,這裡將有標示牌,不會有工作人員在 X-Y-Z交叉路口)
