It’s been a wild year for our little studio, and not all of it easy. The past year has been filled with learning, mistakes, heartache and hard work yet endless fulfilment. Teaching, practicing, running a yoga studio in Hong Kong isn’t easy, and isn’t lucrative by any means. We do it for the love, and the faith that through our work we can help spread a little more light in the world. It is our honour to share our space and our practice with you all.
