NOTE: Spaghetti Napolitan sounds like an Italian dish BUT it is a typical Japanese pasta dish made at home and served at restaurants nationwide. Nothing related to Napolitana and the main seasoning is Tomato Ketchup. It is a must.

Ramen alla Napolitan (Japanese Pasta Recipe)

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 packet Sapporo Ichiban Original (Soy Sauce Flavor) https://amzn.to/3kQqeCR
45g (1.5oz.) sausage or ham
100g (3.5oz) onion
45g (1.5oz.) green pepper
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Ramen soup seasoning
2 tbsp. Kagome Tomato Ketchup https://amzn.to/2S8EH0A
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Slice the onion and green pepper. Diagonally slice sausages.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onion slices until soft. You can cook garlic together if you like.
3. Add green pepper and sausage slices and cook well.
4. Meanwhile cook the Ramen noodles in boiling water until separated.
5. Move back to the vegetables, season with the Ramen soup seasoning and tomato ketchup. Drain the noodles and mix well.
6. Serve on a dish and dust with grated parmesan cheese to finish.

今夜はB級グルメの宝庫、名古屋めしの代表「あんかけスパ」です！愛知県名古屋市にある『スパゲッティハウスヨコイ錦店』にお邪魔しました！あんかけスパゲッティといえば名古屋を代表するB級グルメですが、こちらの『スパゲッティハウスヨコイ』はその元祖として有名なお店です！栄の本店をはじめ、名古屋市内に100店舗以上を持つ地元にもファンが多いこの店。店の味の要になるミートソース餡掛けには非常にこだわりがあります！たまねぎやにんじん、ニンニクジャガイモを茹でて裏ごしし、2種類のトマトソースと牛バラミンチを入れてオーブンで12時間煮込みます。煮込んだミートソースを冷蔵庫で10日間熟成させて作り上げる極上ミートソースあん…！これがたっぷりかかった同店の看板メニュー「ミラカン」と大きなエビフライがドーンと乗った「ノブナガ・あんかけ鉄砲スパゲッティ』を頂きました！さあそれではその実際の模様をどうぞご覧下さい！
Tonight is a treasure trove of Class B gourmet, “Ankake Spa,” a representative of Nagoya Meshi! We visited "Spaghetti House Yokoi Nishiki" in Nagoya, Aichi! Speaking of Ankake Spaghetti is a B-grade gourmet representing Nagoya, but this “Spaghetti House Yokoi” is famous as its original! This store has more than 100 local stores in Nagoya, including Sakae's main store. We have a very particular commitment to the meat sauce topping that is the cornerstone of the store! Boil onions, carrots, and garlic potatoes, add 2 kinds of tomato sauce and beef ball mince and boil in the oven for 12 hours. Superb meat sauce made by aging the cooked meat sauce in the refrigerator for 10 days!
