Since he started Freerunning class, Aiden’s been showing some amazing progress and creativity in his parkour skills. It’s exhilarating to watch him do his thing. I will admit, my heart stops a bit here and there, especially when he’s really high up, but I trust the training he gets with Coach Kin and the time he’s put in at The Movement Playground that’s gotten him strong and confident enough to tackle any obstacle head on (both in the gym and out) 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Keep going my boy. You amaze me every single day.
