我回來啦！
消失了一段長時間，在倫敦又經歷了很多第一次，很多的文化沖擊讓我忙著去理清混亂的思緒。這段時間，身份也幸運地有所轉變，就是從工作假期簽證T5轉變成T2工簽喇。 我真的很幸運、期間接受了不同人的幫忙，希望能把這份幸運傳給其他有需要的人，於是再怎麼沒有耐性也把有關於T2的資料整理下來，希望能幫到有需要的你。
至於最初會開專頁是基於愛分享的心，我問自己，你還是那個喜歡分享的人嗎？我發現自己一直都沒改變，所以我決定回歸了，即使這個專頁也沒多少人看 xdxd

言歸正傳，申請tier2 General migrants 大概分2個程序 （僱主部分和申請人部分）。

前段是僱主去申請一張cos (certificate of sponsor 資助證明)

後段是visa 申請人得拿著這張cos 去填表申請簽證

僱主部分
僱主要申請到一張cos 大概程序如下

1.Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT ) 登廣告

- 在兩個指定勞工網上登廣告28天 （2個廣告可同時進行）、廣告要清楚列明skills and qualification , location , salary and job description.
- 廣告其中一個要登在universal Job Match , 另一個就是比較大型的recruitment website (i.e Reed, LinkedIn ect)
2. 面試
簡單來說，只要符合廣告條件的人選一定要給面試機會，在幾番激烈爭戰之下，你脫穎而出擊敗所有應徵者，成為奪下那取得tier 2機會的幸運兒、然後就可以準備向home office 申請cos

3 申請死線是每個月5號、當月11號home office 就會告訴貴公司批准或是否定。不幸否定的話，從新整理文件後等下個月5號再提交。

僱員部分（幸運的你）

在 www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk 填申請表、繳申請費、預約時間親身遞交申請所有相關資料

*需要文件如下*
-Passport
- COS
- 英文能力證明（很重要）
- TB test (如果你最近6個月不是住在英國or其他豁免的國家）
- 繳Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS),記下iHS number

*費用*
-IHS 每年£200 tier2 一般弄3年就是£600
- Tier 2 申請費用 £587
-英文能力證明費用 （雅思IELTS £200 or UKNARIC 證明信£180)
- priority service
如果有錢想弄快證、5個工作天的快證申請費是港幣hkd1,932 ,但是不保證5天內批喔、只能說優先處理。（而我就有白花錢的經驗）

P.s 2 很多人都誤會T5可以轉T2，但其實T5 holder 是當你是沒有簽證的外國人去申請，所以文中提到要回去原居地，請大家注意這一點喔
