It’s been a little less than two months since I started treatment at @orchard.clinic for postpartum diastasis recti. I’m happy to report significant improvement! From a gap of 4.6cm when I began, the measurement is now down to 3.1cm. I didn’t think the improvement would be so great within such a short time! My lower back pain is completely gone, I can exercise again, and I can fit into (some) clothes again. 😄 While the treatment at @orchard.clinic does not result directly in weight loss, it has certainly expedited my postpartum weight loss journey by helping me get active again. Replacing one meal a day with a healthier choice. This is made using just 3 ingredients: any lean protein of choice (here I used lean pork), Cajun seasoning, and non-fat yoghurt as sauce. Slice protein, rub seasoning on meat, bake in oven at 170 deg c for 10-15 minutes or until cooked, depending on how thick your meat is. If you don’t have an oven, pan fry it with a little oil. Finish with a dollop of yoghurt. I know it doesn’t look very delicious here, but the truth is it’s really yummy! I have it even when I’m not on a diet. Heartier option: Chop up the cooked meat and mix it well with yoghurt to make a nice meat sandwich. #healthyeating #postpartumweightloss #postpartumjourney #leanprotein
