3 years ago, I was at a crossroad in my life. I wasn't happy with the job I was in, I didn't feel fulfill and I knew that I needed a change. It was a period filled with uncertainties and unhappiness.

I took the leap of faith to listen to my heart and let my intuition guide me. It told me to combine my experience in video production and my passion for healthy living and share it with the world. So I made the decision to quit my job as a TV Producer in London and created my own YouTube channel integrating 3 elements that I value; Fitness. Food. Faith.

With consistency and your endless love and support, today, I'm able to live my purpose, which is to add value and inspiration in other peoples' lives. ☺️

Life doesn't promise you an easy journey but when you follow your calling, I can guarantee you, despite the ups and downs, you'll be fulfilled.
