【作り方】
①ビスケットは袋のまま麺棒などで細かくつぶして溶かしバター(電子レンジで溶かします)を加えて混ぜ、15㎝型に入れてコップなどで押し固めて冷蔵庫で約30分冷やします。
②クリームチーズをボールに入れて電子レンジ600wで30-40秒あたためて柔らかくして、泡だて器でよく混ぜてクリーム状にします。
③続けて室温に戻したサワークリーム、グラニュー糖、卵、生クリーム、レモン汁、薄力粉を加えながら良く混ぜます。
④ ①のケーキ型へ生地を流し入れて180℃に予熱したオーブンで50~55分焼きます。
⑤焼けたらケーキクーラーであら熱を取ったら冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。
⑥ケーキの上にグラニュー糖をかけて調理用バーナーで焦げ目をつけます。
※ケーキを切る時はお湯でナイフ(包丁)を40℃くらいに温めて切ります。一度切ったら必ずペーパーなどでナイフ(包丁)を綺麗に拭いてから切ってください。
