近年來大家都會用Adu這一詞來形容非異性戀者，但原意其實是指女性朋友的意思；一首Afrobeat/dancehall的曲風，歌詞意思其實就是告訴每個人你/妳可以勇敢追愛，不管他/她是誰？也形容很多阿嘟的面向，有些阿嘟天生散發出勾引人的氣質抑或是脾氣很嗆辣、非常直接的這種個性也寫進歌詞中，特別提到我們天然的膚色，近年來很多大品牌的保養品或化妝品都把美白這一次從產品去掉，每個膚色都是漂亮的，甚至近年國內吹起助曬風潮，加深我們對於皮膚的驕傲。音樂錄影帶裡也用「高跟鞋」來比喻每個人在這世界上尋找的東西，也許是「自我認同」、「愛」或「歸屬」也祝福所有Adu阿嘟朋友能更認識自己、更愛自己。

「自由非行舞蹈創作概念」
首先想謝謝炯恩答應我們的邀約，幫非行製作了一首afrobeats 曲風的流行歌曲，並使用排灣族語填詞，為這首歌帶來很棒的生命力。融合的恰到好處。聽完歌詞，非行感受到這首歌可愛中具備了柔軟與帥氣的特質。於是在排舞中適時加入一些Afro臀部搖擺的律動，而這些都是很適合男生女生。這首歌的舞蹈風格我們是以全Afro dances的概念去做編排，在非洲流行舞蹈類型中去挑選一些大家熟知而且也符合歌曲特質的動作。除了利用舞蹈設計外，讓男孩女孩一起穿上高跟鞋並穿著中性也是炯恩這首歌很重要的訴求：打破性別框架。並希望借由這次的合作來傳達愛這件事，喜歡就要勇敢說出來。
