隆突性皮膚纖維肉瘤的治療方法為"完全切除腫瘤"。
問題是: 怎麼知道有沒有切乾淨? 你怎麼知道要往外切一公分? 切兩公分?切四公分?
如果切完就立刻關傷口，等到病理報告出來，只能跟病人說"因為沒切乾淨"，所以要較密集追蹤?

這些解答，就是用"莫式手術"。保留最多的健康組織，又能確保切除所有的腫瘤。因為DFSP就像是有很多腳的章魚，不是一顆圓圓的皮球，所有徹底清除所有爪牙是不容易的，但是莫氏手術是客製化的，雖然耗費時間，卻能得到位高的腫瘤清除率。

最近收到一個病人跟我說，她之前是在香港治療隆突性皮膚纖維肉瘤，其實英文的資料很多，偶然發現我寫的衛教文章才發現有中文的。
對我來說，要請病人去看英文的資料.......何不自己寫呢? 況且我手術之前還是會跟病人再解釋一次，有加上圖的解釋，會更清楚明瞭。
網路上關於皮膚保養，美容的相關文章很多，但是得了皮膚癌的病人，卻不容易得到正確的知識，所以雖然我知道需要的也許只是少數人，還是想成立這個粉專跟網誌。

Court officials came to our SanZhi Sanctuary last month to give us notice to evict the property. We must be out by July 31. If any dogs remain after that date, they will be taken to a government kill pound.

We have permission from new Taipei City officials to build sanctuary gardens at our Dog Kingdom site. Work can begin as soon as we have enough money to start putting up fences.

We need to raise about NT$2 million (£42,000/US$63,000) before the end of July.

PLEASE, if everyone just donates NT$500 (£10/US$15) we can do it.

The SanZhi Sanctuary is home to dogs like ChiChi and Pudding, who have been undergoing reconstructive surgery to rebuild their faces; like Hope, Roo, Scotty, ShanDee, and a dozen other dogs who have lost at least one leg each to illegal gin traps and snares; and like Bernie, Clinton, and 40 others who are too difficult to find good homes elsewhere

All 113 of our SanZhi dogs are deserving of a happy, healthy life.
