There are some places that aren't mentioned in Japanese Tour Guide Books that are well worth seeing! Japan is home to some of the latest technology in the world, but sometimes it's the retro "vintage" classic Japanese technologies that still seem ultra modern despite their real age! Vintage Japanese Vending Machines are one of those things and for Steve, it was a first time experience to travel to Saitama Gyoda City to experience a place called Tekken Taro, a Game Center and Vending Machine shop with 40 and 50 year old machines that are still dispensing Ramen, Soba, Udon, Ham Sandwiches and Hamburgers just like they did many many years ago!!! For Steve the experience was awesome and he hopes others will find their way to this terrific place and help support it so it does not disappear from history!
