Had the opportunity to witness a creative Cake-Popsicle making by Melbourne's Celebrity Home Baker Raymond Tan, also known as Ray Ray at Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu last night.

Inspired by Australia’s desserts, his signature desserts include Christmoose Cake Popsicles, Upside Down Santa Hat, Spiced Pumpkin Pie and Candy Cane Wagon Wheel – which will be featured in Promenade Café’s International Buffet Dinner’s spread throughout the month of December.

The launch was followed by a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony where the guests were also treated to a Christmas caroling session from SDA Menggatal and a Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner at Promenade Café hosted by Promenade Hotel.
