✨今期走渡假風,不如帶大家去夏威夷丫🌴🌴
😋今次帶大家食Poke!
⭕️首先,它的讀音是「Poh-keh」,不是 poki,也不是 poke。
Poke 在夏威夷語言中是一個雙音節的詞,意指「切塊」的意思,亦即是我們即將看到的魚生碗飯。
🌴🌿由於夏威夷靠近日本,飲食文化被日本的魚生文化影響,所以製作出具日本風味的魚生丼飯,但卻充滿夏威夷的風情。
💡很多人誤以為這個Poke是日本丼飯,非也。
❤️食法是把三文魚/吞拿魚魚生切成方塊,撈上醬汁,再自由搭配上具夏日風味的「生洋蔥絲、牛油果、蟹籽、蝦仁」等等涼伴食材,十分適合夏威夷這個炎熱的地方享用!
💡醬汁也有點日系,不過又不完全一樣,因為沒有提供芥辣的!
⭕️醬汁有鰹魚豉油/山葵蛋黃醬/柚子沙律汁/凱撒沙律醬/日式胡麻醬,5款醬汁都感覺就是「加州卷」那種味道!

我選了一款有三文魚及吞拿魚,加上中華沙律🥗、牛油果🥑、蟹籽、蛋絲一系列的夏日配料,再配上山葵蛋黃醬,額外單點了三文魚籽$8。
整體超豐富,預先撈上山葵蛋黃醬的魚生很清新,再拌上三文魚籽牛油果簡直就是加州卷的風味😍不過夏威夷丼飯其實應該要更多更多醬才對味,我嫌醬太少了😆
如果還嫌不夠花款?還可以額外加點,配上自選配料,有二十多款可選選擇,製作出個人風味的Poke!

朋友點了吞拿魚Poke,包括海帶、紫洋蔥、蟹籽,配上鰹魚醬油,額外單點再加上虎蝦仁$8配料。
吞拿魚配上紫洋蔥超級爽口鮮味,感覺有別於日式口感,很清新!虎蝦也很爽口,整體都是夏日涼快的味道,超級下火😆
㊙️其實傳統的Poke不是用三文魚的,是吞拿魚/八爪魚為主,不過後期因為吞拿魚過度捕撈供應不足,便加入更多不同款式的魚類刺身,我個人覺得比日式刺身丼飯更美味!但如果想更Juicy,不妨叫「多醬」啊😋

❤️ ĐỒ ĂN HÀN - NHẬT KIỂU FUSION - JAPANESE - KOREAN FUSION CUISINE 😳
Thực ra sau khi thấy chữ "fusion" thì bọn mình có hi vọng cái gì đó cao siêu hơn 1 tí 😅 Đến lúc đọc menu thì thấy đa phần là đồ chiên rán giòn vs cơm, nhìn hấp dẫn phết nhưng ng ta bảo "fusion" cơ mà 😶
Bọn mình gọi 1 Chiên tổng hợp (tôm, gà, lợn) 170k vs 1 Cơm cá hồi sashimi cùng tôm chiên 180k vs thêm 1 phần trứng trộn 15k (C đoán nó là trứng luộc trộn sốt gì đó ý) nữa.
Nhìn các phần ăn khá bắt mắt, đầy đặn (chòi oi gần 200k bát cơm, ko đầy chắc tui chớt quớt). Đồ chiên ở đây ngon, đậm đà, rán vừa chín tới ko bị khô, sốt đi kèm hợp, salad trộn cũng ngon nữa 😗 Phần trứng trộn gọi thêm ăn khá là thú vị, cái này nên thử nha mn. Kimchi vs đồ muối ăn kèm để giải ngấy cho đồ chiên rất là chuẩn. Phần cơm cá hồi của C lại quá bt, không có gì đặc sắc hết.
Bọn mình thấy đồ ăn ở đây hợp để làm bữa trưa, nhưng mà so vs giá chát xót cả lòng thế thì chưa đủ 😭 Thật sự... Vậy nên bạn nào muốn thử thì nên gọi phần tổng hợp ý, nhiều đồ, xin thêm 1 bát cơm free thì 2 người ăn no mà ko cháy ví.

Actually, after we had seen that "fusion" word, we did expect for something more special about this place 😅 All they had in the menu was just some fried stuffs with rice or noodles, looked nice but... you know... "fusion" 😶
Well, we're there already, so we got a mixed fried food plate (chicken, shrimp, pork) 170k, Salmon sashimi with rice plus a fried shrimp 180k and egg "salad" 15k (I guess it was boiled eggs and some sauce mixed together).
The portion was quite big and look delicious (well, it was almost 200k for a bowl of rice, it better looks good or else 🤨). The fried food in here was crunchy on the outside, juicy and soft on the inside, went pretty perfect with the sauces, nice salad too 😚 That egg "salad" was really interesting, you should try it out. Generous amount of panchan, we like the most the kimchi, spicy & sour, very refreshing after some bites of fried meat. The salmon rice bowl was normal, nothing special to notice.
For us, the food style in here fits for lunch more than dinner, buttttt with that expensive price, we want more than that. @ Nhà hàng Hô Hô - 호호식당

1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes

生抽2大勺,2 tbsp light soysauce
米醋1小勺,1 tsp rice vinegar

■豚の生姜焼きおにぎり
材料:
温かいごはん 1合
豚バラ肉薄切り(3cm幅に切る) 150g
酒 大さじ1
砂糖 大さじ1
しょうゆ 大さじ1
生姜(すりおろし) 小さじ1
ごま油 小さじ1
プロセスチーズ(2cm角) 15g
白ごま 大さじ1
のり 4枚
作り方:
1.フライパンにごま油を引いて中火に熱し、豚肉を入れて炒める。
2.肉の色が変わったら、酒、砂糖、しょうゆ、生姜を加えて煮からめる。
3.ボウルにごはん、(2)、プロセスチーズ、いりごまを加えてさっくりと混ぜ合わせる。
4.ラップの上にのせて三角形に包み、のりを巻いたら、完成!
■鮭のバター醤油おにぎり
材料:
温かいごはん 1合
鮭 1切れ
サラダ油 小さじ1
大葉(千切り) 4枚
バター 10g
しょうゆ 小さじ1
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
のり 4枚
作り方:
1.フライパンにサラダ油を引いて中火に熱し、鮭を入れて両面焼く。
2.粗熱を取り、フォークで大きめにほぐす。(骨がある場合は取り除く。)
3.ボウルにごはん、バター、しょうゆ、塩、コショウを入れて、バターが溶けるまでまんべんなく混ぜる。
4.(2)、大葉を加えてさっくりと混ぜ合わせる。
5.ラップの上にのせて三角形に包み、のりを巻いたら、完成!

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tsp sesame oil
Process cheese (2cm square) 15g
1 tablespoon white sesame
4 glues
PREPARATION:
1. Add sesame oil to a frying pan, heat over medium heat, add pork and fry.
2. When the color of the meat changes, add sake, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger and cook.
3. In a bowl, add rice, (2), processed cheese and sesame seeds and mix quickly.
4. Put it on the wrap, wrap it in a triangle, roll the glue, and you're done!
Salmon butter soy sauce rice ball
INGREDIENTS:
Warm rice 1 go
1 slice of salmon
1 teaspoon of salad oil
4 leaves (shredded)
10g butter
1 tsp soy sauce
A little salt
A little pepper
4 glues
PREPARATION:
1. Add salad oil to a frying pan, heat over medium heat, add salmon and bake on both sides.
2. Remove the coarse heat and loosen it with a fork. (Remove any bones.)
3. Put the rice, butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly until the butter is dissolved.
4. (2), add the large leaves and mix quickly.
5. Put it on the wrap, wrap it in a triangle, roll the glue, and you're done!
6. Enjoy!
