《潛水與恐懼》
試過scubadiving既朋友應該都會明白我講既係咩呢... 要放棄用鼻呼吸，要離開自己嘅comfort zone，真心一啲都唔容易...
可能有啲人會容易啲嘅，我就唔係果type啦😂
潛水真係會發現自己好多，例如我知道我會用講嘢嚟令自己冇咁驚，落到水底就冇得用呢個方法啦😌
當你去到水底發現一啲問題，做動作未必表達得到，就要靠自己去解決問題，所有所有，真係一個令自己成長好多嘅過程。
我發現咗自己嘅恐懼，panic attack... 應該話係anxiety掛，原本我就係一個緊張嘅人😬，唔係好識得放鬆自己，又sensitive又成咁，潛潛下水有時真係會有一刻突然覺得緊張，會驚自己向上升又或者向下沉，又或者以為呼吸唔到之類etc...(其實好多人以為潛水好危險就係呢個原因，太快衝上上面*）
當然，有個好既老師同Buddy好重要，同樣，識得同自己相處都好重要🐟。喺水裏面，有好多時間可以同自己傾計，你可以選擇去睇魚、影相、思考人生，meditation ..... 但係無論點，你最重要嘅拍擋就係你自己，當緊張或危機敲門，最可以照顧到自己嘅就係自己❤️ 對我黎講好大學習㗎，因為我而家先學習緊同自己好好相處🤡 所以遇到潛水真係太好了🙏🏻

所以，就學習呼吸慢慢消化恐懼吧❤️

* 潛水減壓症（Decompression sickness）是潛水活動最常見的意外，主要因上浮太急，減壓速度太快，令血管被氮氣的氣泡阻塞，可引致身體不同器官受損，輕則皮膚痕癢，嚴重可阻塞心腦血管致命。 （放鬆一點，學識安撫自己，就唔會咁了❤️）
We checked out the first Glowing Ocean in South East Asia this morning and the kids had so much fun coming up close with all the marine life! 🐬🐠🐙

There are five multisensory zones to explore - The Glow Room, Crazy Colourful Corals, Imaginarium, Joyous Jiggly Jellies and The Abyssal Zone - and within each of them, you can find light art installations and spot sea animals that glow.

Our favourite highlights were learning how animals emit light and writing with glowing ink (rare chance they get to write on walls), interacting with sea stars and sea cucumbers in the touch pool and meeting Scuba Santa and his elf in the giant tank (and waving to them incessantly and feeling high when they waved back). It's always more fun exploring with friends and together with A Million Little Echoes, we explored the whole place once, stopped for a snack break and then did it all over again. Yup, two full rounds in one morning - with hungry parents but ecstatic kids. Haha. Glad to know that they had such a great time because it's the school holidays after all. We'll definitely be back again because these kids simply love aquariums and anything to do with animals and bugs.
