OUR huge table almost couldn’t fit everything! 🤣🤣

No need to worry if you have kids if you need to split tables as every dishes are served via an order form and services are prompt and quick!

The kids were treated as their VVVIP, as we were told that if there’s any request for more kids friendly dishes just let them know! Which we did - especially for the kueh pieti, we asked for the crust only and were promptly served a bowlful of it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks for the invite! Absolutely enjoyed the scrumptious seafood and buffet spread! Totally loving our night out with @swissotelmerchantcourt great hospitality as we won’t be able to dine out under the 2 pax rule 😭

香濃馥郁又滋補的「和牛花膠海鮮之夜」自助晚餐

好耐冇試過食自助餐，覺得個質素咁高。今晚自助餐嘅主題係矜貴嘅和牛、花膠、海鮮，食多幾碗都值回票價。

今晚選擇嘅自助餐喺香港百樂酒店入面嘅 Park Cafe，餐廳環境唔算好大，但係食物嘅選擇卻不少，款式多。

餐廳入口有櫻花同超大啤啤熊俾你打卡。

入座後每人會有一張咭「鮑汁燴花膠鴨掌煲」，嘩！😍不得了，塊花膠又大又厚，仲有幾塊咁多，食完都飽飽地😂

海鮮唔少得有加拿大🇨🇦鱈場蟹腳🦀、法國麵包蟹、花螺、白蜆、小龍蝦🦞、海蝦🦐及紐西蘭青口。

冷盤有不同款嘅泰式花膠柚子蝦沙律杯、
各式沙律、日式刺身、生果、各式甜品。
刺身款式有五款，包括三文魚、希靈魚、鯛魚、帝皇蟹柳和象拔蚌。

熟食相當吸引，有香草煎羊架、燒紐西蘭肉眼扒、燒雞翼、酥皮花膠海鮮龍蝦湯、慢煮紅酒和牛松露薯蓉杯、松露野菌炒花膠魚塊、蟹黃汁花膠海鮮蒸蛋、花膠炒雜菌、芝士焗蠔、片皮鴨及印度咖喱。

甜品亦相當吸引，「花膠椰汁燉蛋白」相當好味😋，忍唔住食咗兩碗。仲有好多甜品，味道都好好味，唔太甜，味道岩岩好。最重要仲有至愛嘅瑞士🇨🇭 Movenpick 雪糕，仲有5、6款口味，任食唔嬲。😍

期間職員突然推出好似張枱咁大嘅蛋糕出嚟，大家都紛紛去排隊拎，拎完返嚟先知道原來係火焰雪山（芒果雪糕蛋糕）😂但係啲人排得太快，冇機會影張相。

可持續·美國波士頓龍蝦」，只要每次排隊都
可以令到半隻，大大滿足一眾龍蝦控。加上
大廚都係即時煮熟，而唔係擺係到歎凍哂
果種，保證以最新鮮品質比食客。而食落
龍蝦鮮甜爽彈，完全無雪藏味，肉質又夠
緊緻，staff亦建議加埋泰式辣汁，鮮味
份外突出，呀！我感覺大海男兒的氣息了。

▫ 另一邊去到刺身部份，今日精選有「手釣
原條·黃鰭吞拿魚」、「三 文 魚」、「油 甘 魚」、

睇得出絕對係新鮮貨，魷魚有咬口，帶子鮮甜；
油甘魚入口肥美滑嫩，食完一轉就梗係要走多轉啦！

▫ 今日既凍海鮮亦有睇頭，都係由自己揀選
屬於自己既拼盤啦，我咁大食，一定見咩
就掃咩啦。分別橫掃「長 腳 蟹 腳」、
「小 龍 蝦」、「青 口」、「海 蝦」，要讚既
係蟹腳夠多肉，肉質相當鮮甜；青口肥美彈牙，
絕對唔會輸比今晚既主角龍蝦兄。

▫ 輪到熱食環節，今個月餐廳大搞日本主題，
分別有我最愛既「鐵板·火焰鴨肝」同埋「清酒·
火焰竹筍」，眼見師傅將熊熊烈火燒起個鐵板
就知咩料啦。師傅會將鴨肝連埋多士比食客，
而竹筍會一早燒好放係碟上，比你隨意拎埋。
鴨肝食到明顯外層焦香，而入口夠哂嫩滑
鬆化；而竹筍啖啖爽脆，認真唔錯。

▫ 再行過少少去到熱食環節，去到呢到我戰鬥力
已經7788，為左慳肚食甜品我盡量精選另一
重頭戲「烤·脆皮乳豬」、「慢燒原條·頂級
牛肋骨肉」。前者乳豬要睇時機見到排哂長龍
就好行埋去排埋一份，食落皮脆肉嫩，加上油香
十足，真係忍唔住想食多舊。而後者「慢燒原條·
頂級牛肋骨肉」肉質呈嫩紅色，師傅燒得岩岩
好5成熟，食落肉質軟腍入味，牛味亦夠濃郁；
配搭燒汁或者沙嗲汁份外惹味，當然鍾意清新
一點可以拎埋「烤·原隻菠蘿」一齊食，層次多變。

▫ 點解我話要留肚食甜品？事關佢地甜品選擇係
超級多，加上出哂名係超高質甜品buffet，分別
揀選左幾款得意甜品黎試，「拿破崙·蛋糕」、
「朱古力·車厘子泡芙」、「士多啤梨·芝士蛋糕」、
「70度厄瓜多爾·朱古力」。樣樣賣相都相當
精緻，作為打卡一族既你，一定唔可以錯過。
印象最深刻一定係拿破崙，入口果種酥皮
非常鬆化，簡直係一種天堂般的享受！

For this episode, we demolished a 5KG Christmas Feast in the comfort of my home, courtesy of Cheers! Cheers generously sent a whole host of food straight to my doorstep, a Season’s Miracle Set ($200 net) and a Traditional Roasted Whole Turkey with Truffle Chestnut Stuffing ($83 net). The set serves 4-6 people comfortably while the turkey easily weighed close to 4KG.

Each dish came neatly packed in clear containers and the turkey was foil-wrapped to retain heat and moisture. Conveniently, the sauces (most of the dishes come with one) were packed separately and utensils were provided. It even came with a mixing bowl for the salad and tongs for tossing.

Flavour-wise, all the components were very good, but the standout dishes would be the Christmas Cobb Salad and Roasted Whole Turkey. The salad contained a delicious assortment of protein and greens, including smoked duck and tuna, elevated by the richness and creaminess of the added avocado and the Thousand Island dressing.

The turkey was huge, moist and tender. When I pulled the pieces apart, they dripped with turkey juices that made a luxurious mess on the pan. The bed of vegetables that the turkey came with soaked up all these juices that made them a splendid treat in between the turkey. The stuffing was so meaty and savoury that I initially thought it was sausage, but it was actually a truffle chestnut stuffing.

The Season’s Miracle Set comes with:
1. Christmas Cobb Salad comprising of Turkey Ham, Smoked Duck, Tuna Flakes, Hard-boiled Eggs, Avocado, Sweet Corn, Mixed Nuts, Tangy Thousand Island Aioli
