#'96年にメロディが開発、発売した、98用ACT作品。
軍事組織"スレイブ・ドッグ"の出現により4カ国に別れた世界はその均衡を崩したが、政府は国に属さない戦闘集団"スティール・フォックス"を編成し反撃を開始。
星間戦争を題材にしたロボットACTであり、そのキャラクターの微細なアクションやスクロールの細かさに驚かされる。
BGMはPANDA氏が作曲。opnながら、ACTの勢いを支える卓越した楽曲が耳に残る。

#'89年にシステムサコムが発売した、オリジナル版となる68用ノベルウェアのシリーズ第5弾。
西暦2049年の人口増加の一途をたどる地球が、スペースコロニーへ殖民計画を始めようとするが、その裏に隠されたものとは…。
純然たるノヴェルウェアであり、尚且敷居の低い難易度でストーリーに重きを置く作品だが、単純なSFに留まらず政治や世論の動きが浮き彫りになってくる等、骨太な設定に集中させられる。
後のサウンドノベルゲーム等の祖とも言える作品。
BGMは斎藤氏と、銀河英雄伝説(SFC/'92年)等の染谷氏による共同作曲で、日本の市販ソフトで初めてMIDIを利用した作品としても知られる。
opm楽曲はfm8音+adpcmの構成で、ジャズを基調にしており、作品世界に見事な調和を生み出し、臨場感を与えてくれる。
