As the first sashimi rice bowl themed restaurant in Macau, it’s been getting a lot of good reviews and attention. Not only locals but tourists also love this place. When you come during lunch, you will have to wait in line for a while

“Samurai Bowl” is the top signature item. It has a variety of sashimi, including eel, aka ebi, Hokkaido Scallop and Uni!

“Flounder & Eel Bowl” The fish is slightly burnt and it smells amazing. The eel fish is very tender and the flounder is juicy. Yummy! “Hokkaido Crab Meat, Uni & Ikura Bowl” has uni, crab meat and ikura. It’s pretty and delicious! Very fresh ingredients, another “must try”

For small dish, I would recommend the “Mango Crab Eggs salad” and “Garlic Thick Cut Cow Tongue” .
“Samurai Fish” is “漁兵衛” in Chinese. “漁” means the hardworking fisherman catching fresh fish everyday. “兵衛” means samurai, implying that the restaurant is dedicated to deliver the most fresh ingredients to the customers. This is also their principle running the restaurant!
