A Polish couple uprooted themselves and moved to the countryside to start a goat farm. They have 114 goats, and spend their days cultivating dairy products, unique liqueurs and showering their goats with love. Their specialty is goat’s cheese and the selection includes smoked cheese, cottage cheese, rennet cheese and more. Unlike the usual strong-tasting goat’s cheeses that we so often encounter, the cheeses here are milder in flavour and are perfect for first-timers who will like to try fresh goat’s cheese.
