我Blog剛剛刊登了一篇「英國遊記」的前言,
但正所謂計劃永遠趕不上變化,
文章內容亦同樣。
聯合國教科文組織在22日發表新聞公佈,
把2004年以Liverpool - Maritime Mercantile City
(利物浦海上商城)之名而納入世界文化遺產,
正式從名單中除名。
原因正是利物浦港口區被過度商業化,
即使在2012年已被列入瀕危世界遺產名錄,
即觀察新城市發展對古蹟完整性的影響,
然而當地政府及發展商還是決定不斷向
「遺產地及緩衝地區」進行發展,
終於在這天被除名了。
這是保育跟社區及城市發展的衝突,
如果大家有到過Liverpool,
都會發現由火車站Liverpool Lime Street,
到市中心區都很有「蕭條」的感覺,
街上Homeless的也有很多,
唯有在港口區會覺得更有活力...
(那唐人街更加是...)

Kenangan 'HOMELESS TIME', 1. 6. 2018 GERMANY. Terpaksa menjalani hidup sebagai gelandangan untuk beberapa bulan. Prahara perasaan serta ketegangan akal fikiran adalah tetamu yang sering datang membawa bungkusan 'provokasi'.
"Usah dibuka bungkusan itu, usahlah dilayani!, 'life is just a life', sementara Perjalanan adalah perjalanan, terima saja peranan hidup mu untuk saat ini, semalam adalah semalam, esok entah apakah lagi?, yang terpenting adalah tumpukan hidup untuk saat ini." - Nurani sering saja menjelma hadir berlaku sebagai penasihat.
