1/2cawan gula castor( tgk jenis strawbery kalau jenis manis kurg kan) mak guna gula castor sbb cepat larut...bleh je guna gula biasa..
Masukkan dlm periuk atau kuali semua bahan td tmbh air 1/2cawan...ada resepi yg masukkan lemon jus ckit tp sy xsuka sbb strawberry dh masam...

Lpas tu dh lembik,amik bnda ni yg org buat beger tu..hihi xtau apa nama potato crusher pun blh....lenyekkan strawberry...tp jgn hancurkan semua..biar ada ketul2 ckit bru sedap..
Lpas tu masak lg smpai pekat ckit..dh pekat tutup api biar kan sejuk

Margerin 100
kisar biskut merry guna chopper atau hancur kan
cair kan majerin gaul2 dgn biskut mery dan tekan pd dasar loyang loose 8 atau 9 chill kan sekejap
sementara tu sediakan bahan2 cakes
cream Cheese 500g
gula ising 100g/susu pekat pn boleh
non dairy whipping cream mak guna vivo 200g
Whipping cream uht mak guna royal victoria 200g
Fresh milk 100g
sedikit strawbery compote dalam 3 sb campurkan
Gelatin 2 sb
air panas sket

kemudian tambah kan whipping dairy baru add on whipping non dairy
sementara tu cair kan gelatin dalam air panas
dah gebu adunan masuk kn gelatin kacau rata
ok isi dalam loyang td
tuang compote yg dah dicampur gelatin 20g dgn air panas larut kan campur kan dalam compote td.
sejuk kan 2 jam

💡製作步驟💡你只需要一杯珍奶和果凍粉🤩選一杯珍奶,我是買美國聖瑪莉 Sunmerry US 的黑糖珍珠鮮奶製作(650ml),加熱後加入果凍粉(看網路說建議加6.5g,但我各人覺得可以加多一點差不多加至7g-10g) 然後攪拌均勻至融化~放涼後倒入原本的杯子裡,放進冷藏2小時!覺得美國聖瑪莉的黑糖珍珠鮮奶有點厲害,放置兩個小時的黑糖珍珠吃起來還是Q的🤣但放隔夜後的珍珠當然就硬掉了~

All my friends love my Tofu Mousse Cake, it’s especially ideal for the summertime. Hope you guys love this recipe, it is super easy to prepare without even turning on your oven.
No-Bake Tofu Mousse Cake (4-inch)
#Ingredients
3 pcs Digestive Biscuit | 20g Salted Butter
150g Tofu Pudding | 70mL Soya Bean Milk
80 mL Whipping Cream | 28g Icing Sugar
7g Gelatin Powder | 20g Water
Edible Rose petals for decoration
#Instructions
1. Get a 4-inch round cake mold and line the bottom with a piece of parchment paper.
2. Add the melted butter into the crushed digestive biscuits. Push the mixture firmly into the cake mold and refrigerate.
3. Mix the gelatin and water and set aside for about 10 minutes.
4. Sift the tofu pudding and mix with the soya bean milk.
5. Place the whipping cream and icing sugar in a cold bowl, whip the cream until the peaks are rounded.
6. Fold in the tofu mixture to the whipped cream in 3 additions until well combined.
7. Melt the gelatin over hot water and pour it into the mixture.
8. Pour mixture on top of the biscuits crust. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until mousse sets.
9. Decorate the cake with rose petals. -

Curry and Rice Bread
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 4 hours
Number of servings: 1 loaf (6 slices)
Calories per slice: 260cal
Necessary Equipment:
Panasonic SD-BH104

Ingredients:
210g (7.4oz.) bread flour (hard flour or strong flour)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. powdered milk (dried milk)
1 tsp. salt
5g (0.18oz.) curry powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
150g (5.3oz.) cold cooked white rice
20g (0.7oz.) butter
30g (1.0oz.) diced processed cheese
130ml water
3/4 tsp. dry yeast
* 40g (1.4oz.) diced potatoes
* 30g (1.0oz.) diced carrots
* 30g (1.0oz.) sliced bacon strips
Directions:
1. Not to make a mistake, measure all the ingredients in advance with a measuring cup and measuring spoon. If you make a mistake, you will waste 4 hours baking the bread. (Measuring cup and measuring spoon come with the bread machine.) Or, you want to remember where you are up to if anyone talked to you while placing the ingredients.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook diced potatoes and carrots al dente, then drain well.
3. Remove the bread pan (twist the bread pan anti-clockwise and lift up to remove) and set the kneading blade. Make sure that they are clean before you use.
4. Place and pile up the bread flour, sugar, powdered milk, salt, curry powder, black pepper, cold cooked white rice, butter, and diced processed cheese in the middle of the bread pan. Then pour in the water around the pile. Wipe the outside of the pan to remove any flour or liquid.
5. Put the bread pan into the bread machine and turn slightly clockwise.
6. Close the lid.
7. Open the upper lid and place the dry yeast in the dry yeast dispenser. It will add the dry yeast automatically. Wipe if it's wet but avoid generating the static electricity.
8. Choose the "Gohan" baking option. Select the "Gohan" bread type. Select the "Raisin" mode with a note: extra ingredients can be added directly into the bread pan when the beep sounds. Start the machine.
9. When the machine beeps, add extra the ingredients: diced potatoes, diced carrots, and sliced bacon strips. The machine automatically starts after 3 minutes.
10. When it's done, press stop and remove the bread pan from the bread machine immediately. Leave to cool on a kitchen cloth for 2 minutes. Then remove the bread from the bread pan and allow to cool on a wire rack. Remove the blade if the blade got stuck in the bread.
Note: You can only place dry ingredients (e.g. dried fruit, nuts) in the raisin dispenser.

How to Bake Bread Using a Bread Machine
