heavy cream 70ml
◆cocoa powder 10g
◆sugar 20g
◆heavy cream 50ml
◆gelatin 1g
◆Water 15ml
[How to make]
1.Put chocolate 150g fresh cream 70ml in heat-resistant container, microwave 600w 20 seconds heating → 10 seconds → mix → 10 seconds → mix and melt repeatedly
2. It's OK if you scoop up the chocolate and make it into a ribbon. Lay the cooking sheet in a 10cm x 10cm mold, pour the chocolate, flatten and refrigerate
3. Put 1g of gelatin in 15ml of water, leave it in a container, leave it in a different heat-resistant container, put 10g of cocoa powder sieved in a different heat-resistant container, add 20g of granulated sugar and 50ml of fresh cream
4. Mix well When the powdery taste is gone, put the gelatin that has been put and heat it for 600 seconds in a microwave oven and mix.
5. When the temperature falls below 35 degrees, chill the raw chocolate that has been refrigerated and remove the air.
6. When cutting, keep the knife warm and cool it before transferring it to the box. Finally put gold powder

生クリーム 70ml
◆ココアパウダー 10g
◆グラニュー糖 20g
◆生クリーム 50ml
◆ゼラチン 1g
◆水 15ml
【作り方】
1.耐熱容器にチョコ150g生クリーム70ml入れ電子レンジ600w20秒加熱→10秒→混ぜ→10秒→混ぜを繰り返し溶かす
2.チョコをすくってリボン状になればOKです。10cm×10cmの型にクッキングシートを敷きチョコを流し平らにし冷蔵しておく
3.ゼラチン1g水15ml容器に入れ放置、違う耐熱容器に篩ったココアパウダー10gグラニュー糖20g生クリーム50ml入れる
4.良く混ぜ粉っぽさが無くなったら置いておいたゼラチンを入れレンジ600w20秒加熱し混ぜる
5.温度35度以下になったら冷蔵してあった生チョコにかけ空気を抜き冷蔵庫で4時間冷やして完成!
6.切る時ナイフを温めてながらきり、箱に移す前に更に冷やしてから詰めると綺麗に出来ます。最後は金粉をのせました

【作り方】
1.溶かしバター100gグラニュー糖55gをよく混ぜ薄力粉150gココアパウダー15gを篩いながら加えよく混ぜ麺棒で伸ばす
2.セルクルφ5×6㎝で蓋を作ります。厚さは0.5㎝位がベストです
3.更にセルクルリングにも生地を横と底につけていきます。こちらも厚さ0.5㎝位がベストです
4.余熱したオーブン170度15分焼き、底が膨らむので、熱い内に麺棒の先で軽く潰しておきます。常温にそのまま置いておきます
5.蓋を焼く時もセルクルリングをしながら焼きます。セルクルしないと生地が横に膨れて蓋がでっぱってしまいます。
6.次チーズ液です。室温クリームチーズ100g生クリーム50gグラニュー糖30gレモン汁10gを入れよく混ぜておきます
7.違う耐熱容器にゼラチン2g水15gを入れ電子レンジ600w10秒加熱し先程のチーズ液に入れ素早く良く混ぜます
8.作っておいたクッキー容器にチーズ液を7分目まで入れ冷凍庫で30分冷やします。次は生チョコ作ります
9.ブラックチョコレート50g沸騰させた生クリーム50gを合わせて空気を入れない様良く混ぜ溶かします
10.冷やしておいたクッキー容器にハート型の型を乗せ周りに生チョコを入れて平らにしていき、冷凍庫で更にチョコが固まる迄冷やす
11.ハートの型を取り出しココアパウダーを振りかけ真ん中にチョコレートシロップを入れて完成です。
