🌟冷冷的冬天就是要來一碗拉麵🍜，最近很常到文化中心附近走走，就想到了這家去年吃過的「瀧澤軒」，店內座位不多，所以如果用餐時段人潮多的話，需要稍微等候一下⌛️
🔺博多豚骨拉麵·特盛 $200
（雙重豚叉燒、蛋一顆、海苔三片）
🌟瀧澤軒招牌的「博多豚骨拉麵·特盛」，我都會直接點特盛，因為他們家的叉燒、溏心蛋真的超級好吃😋，叉燒油花很軟嫩又香，而且吃起來不會太油膩(大推叉燒👍🏻)，溏心蛋很入味、半熟的蛋黃超誘人呀😍！
⚠️但這次的湯頭比較不合我個人胃口，不知道是不是因為天氣變冷的緣故，湯頭好像比我上次吃的還濃郁很多倍耶🤔(我個人覺得太濃了)，不過如果你是追求拉麵湯頭超濃郁的話，這個湯頭你會喜歡～
🔺赤燄豚骨拉麵·特盛 $250
（雙重豚叉燒、蛋一顆、海苔三片）
室友點的「赤燄豚骨拉麵·特盛」🔥，他說其實湯不會很辣，但是有辣的香氣，不過也是覺得這次的湯頭有點太過濃郁😂
然後叉燒、溏心蛋的感想跟我一樣非常好吃，就是為了吃叉燒來點特盛😆😆！
