觀塘│家的味道。日式素便當
從上年開始便一直有關注這家日式素便當,終於等到回港可以來試試了!原來店主以前就常常做便當給女兒,後來慢慢就演變成這家實體店了,我也想當她女兒啊,太幸福了 🤣
店主堅持每天提供不一樣的便當選擇,當天到店時就剛好看她正計劃著下禮拜的餐單 (加油 💕)。本來打算試飯糰,店主最後給我介紹了新產品 - 米三文治。內餡是大啡菇,還夾著兩片天婦羅,加上外面脆口的紫菜,很是滋味!看上去小小一個,本來還擔心會不夠,但其實還挺飽足的,而且每個套餐還會配一湯和兩個日式小料理,很夠了!
今次的小料理是漬雙色蘿蔔和胡麻雜菜,均是涼菜,很適合夏天,也很開胃,特別是蘿蔔,一般我不太愛吃蘿蔔,但這次全吃光了!套餐價格也很實惠:HKD 40 - HKD 60;還可以另購是日甜品 😋

Originally intending to try rice balls, the owner finally introduced me to a new product - rice sandwich. The stuffing is big brown mushrooms, there are two slices of tempura, and with the crispy seaweed on the outside makes it very tasty! It looks like a small one, I was originally worried that it would not be enough, but in fact it is quite full, and each set will be accompanied by a soup and two small Japanese dishes, which is very enough!
The small dish this time is stained two-color radish and mixed vegetables with sesame, both are cold dishes, very suitable for summer, and very appetizing. Especially the radish, generally I don’t like radish very much, but this time I ate it all! The price is also very affordable: HKD 40-HKD 60; you can also buy Japanese desserts 😋

2. Sift soft flour and cocoa powder and mix quickly with a wooden spatula.
