It’s easy to pick ourselves apart and compare ourselves to others.
The only comparison you should be doing is to yourself.
2016 Amy was already 100lbs down and never in her wildest dreams did she think that she’d be under 200lbs.
Just being out of the 400s was great, out of the 300’s was a dream.

2016 Amy never thought she’d get this far.
To wearing Smalls/size 10-12 clothes;
to being picked up by her husband at a spur of the moment;
to fit in every seat, booth, nook and cranny (giggedy 😏);
to celebrate every day of being alive by grinding in the gym or playing the sports she loves again;
to never ever having to worry about eating in public again;
to fly without restriction;
to walk without pain;
to never needing to cry again about being bullied for being in public.

I may not be perfect, or that “goal” weight that we keep chasing, but I am happy, healthy and strong.
Be grateful for how far you have come instead of demeaning yourself for how far you have left to go.
Celebrate that you are not who you once were because YOU have put in that hard work! 🎉🎉
