自己買的新口味月餅數盒，親戚朋友送來的月餅又數盒，中秋過後望著月餅山，恐怕要月餅當正餐才能消耗到！但為健康著想並不建議這樣做，不如與少吃月餅的朋友分享，或者交給回收月餅的機構，轉贈有需要人士。

月餅盒設計美輪美奐，直接丟掉太浪費了，有些如手飾盒設計的，不妨用來擺放化妝品及首飾小物；傳統鐵盒亦是絕佳的收納工具，如果最後還是選擇丟掉，先看看是否適合回收計劃，不適合的話亦要記得拆開，按物料回收。

Treating mooncake as food for meal
You might have bought yourself a few boxes of mooncake; your relatives might also have gifted you some. The mooncakes accumulated might give you the idea of eating them as food for meals! However, you are advised not to do so, for the sake of your health. You can consider giving it to organisations, who can then distribute to those in need.
Stacking up the mooncake boxes
The design of mooncake boxes are gorgeous; it will be a waste to dump it away. You can use boxes that have the right size for storing cosmetic products and tiny accessories; traditional tin boxes are also a good storage option for tools. If you eventually decide to get rid of the boxes, do consider recycling them; remember to unfold them properly, and place them in the respective recycling bin.
Putting on three pounds during festive seasons
We often indulge in food and drinks during festive seasons- gatherings for us to welcome the moon, appreciate the moon, and chase the moon during mid-autumn left us with countless mooncakes, yam, glutinous rice ball, barbecued food and hot pot. Gaining weight during this period is inevitable, but to prevent food stagnation, drink some tea that can help improve our digestive system.
Queuing up to obtain sick leave
After the Mid-Autumn Festival, some of us might feel bloated and experience discomfort in the digestive system after the Mid-Autumn Festival, while others would feel either nauseous, or experience constipation. These are the repercussions of food stagnation. Eating food that are not properly barbecued or consuming contaminated seafood will cause individuals to vomit and suffer from diarrhea.
