《Matcha and Kumquat madeleine•抹茶和金桔瑪德蓮》

天啊這次做出來也太像雞蛋糕🤣
烤盤的壓紋太淺啦！貝殼紋路完全消失，我真是又好氣又好笑! 沒辦法到處都缺貨大的瑪德蓮烤盤，好一點的又太貴🤣之後在補貨!!

至於口味，金桔的超好吃! 抹茶也很抹!! 個人還是愛酸甜所以上次做的檸檬和這次的金桔深得我心!

然後影片也拍好了! 等我編輯上傳嘿!❤

I must say my madeleines look like Taiwanese-style egg pancakes😜
I blame on the baking tary haha although its true! Good baking mould makes a big difference!
The shell-like line isn't obvious on my madeleine 🤪 but the tastes is still good!!

I made matcha and Kumquat flavour. I love both flavours but I love the Kumquat flavour more than the other 🤣
