【美食報導】上個禮拜在搜尋台北美食的時候，看到一個熟悉的單字「Poffertjes」😊 原來是 York 在澳洲喜愛吃的小鬆餅🍴 進來店裡後才發原來 Poffertjes 是荷蘭的美食❤️ 我這盤灑上糖粉配奶油則是最道地的吃法，而且才NT$110 不收服務費😆
根據店面菜單的介紹，Poffertjes 原是荷蘭修道院修士製做的點心，荷蘭商人取得食譜後，以特殊的模具製作並販賣於市集中🥃 另一說法是起於法國鬆餅並在革命時流傳到荷蘭👀 無論如何，這台幣$50銅板大小的鬆餅確實口感柔軟，難怪 York 那麼喜歡❤️ 我默默告訴自己明年會帶他來吃看看😊
不過我個人不喜歡 pancake，所以並沒有特愛，我喜歡的「鬆餅」英文是 waffles 🍰 有時候看中文菜單時，真的會搞混😆 還好台北很多餐廳都有英文在底下，對我們這種半老外的超級有幫助😜 #荷蘭美食 #食台北

你知道燕麥片有分傳統(Rolled Oats)與即食(Instant Oats)兩種嗎?
一開始看許多國外的燕麥食譜，發現食譜中用的燕麥片大多都為"Rolled Oats"，中文為「傳統燕麥片」，但有長期在買燕麥片的人，應該會發現在台灣的賣場或是超市，看到的燕麥片幾乎都是「即食燕麥片」"Instant Oats"。但是我覺得目前大部份的台灣人應該不會主動去看英文，至少我的家人與身邊的朋友都是如此，所以也因此可能就認為燕麥片只有一種而已，也因為這樣，才讓我有動機想要特別打這一篇，讓更多台灣人認識這兩種燕麥片的差別。
