Always love spending time with my family, gathering together to eat, drink and enjoy each other’s company. I love how my kids get to see their grandpa and grand uncles all the time, and even though my mum is no longer with us - she has always been the rock in the family, the bind that holds us together and that inspires me be the same .. as much as I can. 🖤 #missingyoumama

Did a simple Pepper Lunch inspired meal yesterday and I had DMs asking about it so here’s the (very easy) recipe that I wanna share 🤗

Recipe - Prepare a bowl of light soya sauce, chopped garlic, small amount of mirin, sugar and @liloikanbilis mushroom powder. Mix well and set aside. Place cooked rice in middle, top with sliced mushrooms, blanched broccoli and Hokkaido Corn (frozen or fresh is up to you). I use Wagyu Beef that is #shabushabu cut for easy cooking. Top off with generous portion of chopped spring onions.

Once the @brunohotplatesg is sizzling, pour marinate over (careful not to add too much at once) and add butter to the rice. Stir fry, top with some freshly grated pepper and serve hot. Enjoy! 😋

Optional, you can use black pepper sauce or bulgogi sauce if you prefer. 🤩
