.Salmon caviar, dried scallops congee.Congee has always been my comfort food for my whole life and it is also the most chosen dish when you are not well or poorly in Taiwan. But putting salmon caviar on top of my congee is a new idea for me. ( and I am so glad I found it at @eira.lee )-I bought this salmon caviar from @waitroseandpartners .And marinate it with a tea spoon of mirin and soy sauce.Then the next day, top it my congee was truly made my day! -這週難得的臺灣英國同步低溫，天天2、3度的氣溫，讓我想起煮粥的滋味。也剛好前兩天才買了一罐鮭魚子包壽司，還剩下一大半。 感謝 @eira.lee 的idea，看到她的動態，把鮭魚卵加在粥裡面一起吃。立刻拿出味霖和醬油醃漬，隔天煮好干貝粥，依樣畫葫蘆的來一碗。好舒心、好滿足！#asiacusine #foodphotography #instafood #salmoncaviar

.My Christmas favourite this year:Waitrose Christmas Chocolate Panettone.An Italian cake made with chocolate chips, chocolate sauce and a dark chocolate topping.Not a classic one but good flavour and good texture.@waitroseandpartners -Also we switched our normal oatly oat milk to made in UK one: minor figures organic oat milk.This was a good purchase as we all enjoyed it with our daily coffee which we bought from our local cafe @thecoffeeworks !-孩子在樓上和另一半大聲唱著聖誕歌。樓下的我，停不下來的嗑了一塊巧克力口味的Panettone。 .捨棄喝了一年多的oatly 燕麥奶，改成喝英國製造的minor figures的有機燕麥奶。第一次看到時，是我們家這邊很有名的獨立咖啡店，也是使用這一款。因為價錢沒有差太多，選擇made in UK的產品，也算是減少一點碳足跡+支持當地產業。.今年的聖誕麵包，我買了Waitrose 超市的巧克力口味和幾顆在local小店買的迷你款。很驚喜，美味！明年覺對會多囤兩顆慢慢吃。

Congee has always been my comfort food for my whole life and it is also the most chosen dish when you are not well or poorly in Taiwan.

I bought this salmon caviar from @waitroseandpartners .

這週難得的臺灣英國同步低溫，天天2、3度的氣溫，讓我想起煮粥的滋味。
也剛好前兩天才買了一罐鮭魚子包壽司，還剩下一大半。感謝 @eira.lee 的idea，看到她的動態，把鮭魚卵加在粥裡面一起吃。
立刻拿出味霖和醬油醃漬，隔天煮好干貝粥，依樣畫葫蘆的來一碗。
